  1. I get 20-30 of these calls a day on my Verizon cell phone. Nothing can stop them. I block them on my iPhone but they just get another google phone number and keep calling. I will say I probably got on the list by using gambling and coupon sites. I just dont want to give up on my number ive had for 18 some years.
  2. Huh? Unpaid?

"FMLA" refers to the Family and Medical Leave Act, which is a federal law that guarantees certain employees up to 12 workweeks of unpaid leave each year with no threat of job loss. FMLA also requires that employers covered by the law maintain the health benefits for eligible workers just as if they were working.

  3. I have not come across anything mentioned in any of the bad reviews. I literally plugged the DVR in and all the cameras synced up automatically. Took less than 15min to be up and running with the mobile app working flawless and night time quality is 3x what I expected.

Alot of bad reviews mention the support line, I called them to order it and they were located in Iowa and I spoke with very nice educated americans no robo receptionist. The reviews are so far from my experience I am inclined to say those are fake reviews.

FYI I have the 4ch Wireless setup

  4. OPS manager for a large disability company and handled FMLA for years so well familiar with just about all aspects of it.

Your HR is correct, sibling relationship is not covered under FMLA. Usually it's for yourself, child, spouse or parent but siblings aren't covered.

FMLA is typically used for two type of scenarios, continuous ( off work for a single, extended block of time ) or intermittent ( off work intermittently as needed, for things like going to dr frequently , getting medical treatment 2X a week, dealing with a chronic on going medical problem that flares up periodically ect ect )

FMLA wouldn't be used for a single instance of needing to call off once for a situation like you described, the min amount of time you can start a FMLA leave for for is 3 days continuous.

    Hope that helps.

This is correct. It is also unpaid and basically just protects your job while you are out for those reasons

  5. my buddy has a million+ dollar garage, he has all super mint and rare chevys. I dont think he has one car out of the 50+ with over 1000 miles on them. I understand they are investments and he moves about a dozen at Mecum and picks up another dozen each year but I get anxiety chillin in his garage knowing they dont move. I would have to tear into them every once in awhile knowing im one of a few with the luxury of feeling whats its like.
  6. Anything the current administration is putting forward right now is in this third camp, and it's all pretty shitty. It's worse than the other two positions. I do believe there are areas where the "Free market" is beneficial (space exploration for example), but healthcare isn't one of them - it incentivizes poor behavior on the part of the insurance companies.

So the government can run it better than the free market. That is f u c k ing hilarious !

  7. any "cool off" around here is going to be single digit % for a long while. The large swings will happen to the people that REALLY overpay for a place. There is no right time but you can limit vastly overpaying. Its hard to do now because it seems like every guy is overpaying, great for sellers obviously. Alot of this going on is in the sub 500k market, higher up stuff seems more steady
