Why wouldn't you? Why would a scientist avoid information that could lead them to a conclusion? Why just the last 1000 years? Do you think this was the only period of time that the earth got warmer to try and prove a point?

Realize that most people that wrote that probably have no care in the world about what car they drive other than it's status symbol. With that being said they see that there is no need to accelerate quickly simply because they never have the desire to, so why would anyone else? Not standing up for this at all, it once again takes more power away from the common folk and gives people in "power" WAY too much discretion. As with a lot of things going on in this nation.

Cold side of the radiator....probably was hot, but plenty of air flow I would guess. It's one leg is cut up in one of the pics, thats incredible.

This thread is full of lolz. I don't think this forum will have a tech sections quite like the Supra forums or MR2oc, but it's not bad to say the least. There is plenty of information on here for all sorts of things, thats why it's still worth the read.

Running boards....check Front lip trying to imitate those Japanese vans with ridiculous front/rear bumpers....check Crappy fender flares...check Rubber band tires....check I wonder what it could do 0-60 with some tires that flex a little in the sidewall?

Would stay away, if you weren't already a German/British vehicle owner. It won't be that much worse than owning a VW/Audi to be honest. Maintenance records are key. Normally I would be jumping up and down saying no, but you own and have dealt with the, at times, high cost of owning a vehicle like this and apparently want some more lol. The older you go the worse off they are, in other words it is hard to find a nice older one. I was just having a conversation with Andrew (Supplicium) about buying a land rover the other day. I would love to have one, but I am pushed away b/c of ABS lights and check engine lights...both of which occur often at times and can be costly to make go away. The last few older Rovers that rolled through the shop left w/o work done b/c they need so much work (more than it was worth) that it just was not worth fixing.

Michigan driver's aren't to bad either, didn't see anybody on their cell phone really on our last trip up there. Left lane was pretty much wide open and traffic moved quickly with good distances b/w motorists.

I drove it to go get lunch a month ago if you revved up to about 4K the engine would just cut, let it sit for a few and it restarted and I drove it back. It only seemed to do it when the car was moving. Otherwise you could sit there in the parking lot and rev/run it all day it seemed. We have service records since about 56K miles here at the shop, I would have to review them again for specifics. I have not stood under the car since it has sat, but the maintenance records show that much has been done as it was needed. I can look up some specifics and post them when I get in tomorrow. The car is clean as far a rust goes, it's a pretty solid car to say the least.

So, you would think this would have been a lot more professional then. That just set the bar higher in expectation.

Watched a '05+ Jetta flat run into the back of a S2K around Polaris and Africa. Then cruised down to Polaris and 23 to see a stampede of people running across the intersection only to notice a Toyota Previa had just rolled onto it's roof. Sat through that mess to take 315 home. Then to top everything off Erica and I were coming home from dinner on 315N just north of 670, we were chatting and I hear tires on the other side of the barrier see head lights pointed in the air/the nose and front fender of a truck then got pelted by glass, plastic and the window/front of the car covered in coolant/oil. We hopped on the of ramp looped back around to find a F150 head first in the barrier, a Grand Am faced the wrong way with the nose smashed in and a mini van all smashed up facing the wrong way. No damage to Erica's car other than coolant all over it. Ridiculous....
