Acropolis on High Street then take $2-$4 home...

I am one that stands under them and you are right, I think no higher of Lexus owners than Toyota owners they are identical for the most part. I also don't see differences between Audi/VW they have the same problems with the drivelines for the most part. All automakers copy off of each other, and as I have said in the past, a quote that comes from my boss. "All cars are junk, that is why technicians have a job"

Daytona Coupe please.... The '33 is a close second for sure.

Hope he has a speedy recovery.. Cheeseman's FTW

They will figure out the problem just like every other automaker has when they have a problem with their vehicles. The only reason it's getting blown up other than the accidents is because Toyota is not known for having mass recalls. They have a problem, they will fix it and they will continue to be known for what they have always been known for. Let's face it, just because Toyota established Lexus and is making big bucks the way they are is marketing genius. For those that have figured it out...don't buy a Lexus. What about the Ford/Mercury line, the Mitsubishi/Eagle line, the GMC/Chevrolet/Pontiac line, etc... all automakers do it.

Finally videos that cut the bullshit, just give me the race.

Rode the bike for awhile now playing Xbox while Erica gets ready for the Reo/Styx concert tonight.

Just another point to consider it does not matter if he is an ASE tech or not, it is a saying that technician cars are some of the worst maintained cars on the road. Not saying all tech's cars are, but some are. As mentioned check for rust on the front strut towers especially if the car is an Ohio car all it's life. Also pull the oil dip stick and make sure the end of the dipstick is still silver, if it is brown after you wipe the oil off as if it is hardened to it chances are it has not had frequent enough oil changes. With a technician it is tough to ask for receipts, so you'll just have to go by gut instinct on the honesty of the timing belt being replaced.

Looks like a sweet bike, have fun with that! I could not imagine doing a track day on a bike, just so far out of my element it's not even funny.

I love my exige for the A and S class i mod and de-mod it constantly. Hell you don't have to buy anything they give you a shit ton of cars so I have been using those. eventually i will sell them off and buy the ones I want. I'll be on live now til when ever

Haven't spent a lot of time drag racing, trying to get through the season play quickly while saving big money for toys later. Although I have several MR2's in build processes, along with a MKIII that is awaiting to be modded at all.

For some people (not saying Rob's case is an example) if you don't do such a great job taking care of your car and that will fix it for some length of time versus getting a new car I think the band-aid is a better choice. Example, years down the road if one of your fuel injectors starts to clog up a little, would you rather pay the labor/parts to pull the injectors out of your S4, or would you rather run a bottle of Techron in your gas tank to see if that clears them up. Then if it does great, if not then your only out like 7 bucks. There are some good products out there that certainly help, they may seem like a band-aid, but they work. There are also a lot of silly products out there as well, but when you have a product that many shops will stand behind it might be worthwhile to give it a shot.

Haven't seen you at an autocross this year??? Remember that there are people on here involved in other forms of racing other than driving in a straight line. There are also a lot of people that show up to things that aren't so active on the site. I wouldn't cut a ton of people, but it also gives the site a good name to claim to have 2K+ members wether they are active or not. Plus some of us have more important priorities than racing on a Friday during work hours....weekends son!

Heck find a buddy with an old engine they don't want, pick it up take it apart and reassemble it with a manual. Basically how they teach you in college....except you have an instructor to immediatly answer any questions you might have. We need more mechanically inclined people around here...

Not being smart mouthed at all just having an open mind to learn something, but if your going to be arrogant about it suit yourself. Don't think to highly of yourself.
-
Well, regardless of what anyone else says of the trucks, assuming you did most/all the work yourself. Most of the people running their mouths couldn't do that to their own cars, or for the literals they could not do their own customizing. Looks like there was a lot of time involved and the outcomes look pretty good to me. I can't claim that i know where to start especially with the step side's suspension. Even though I would probably not ever build one, I can still respect the craftsmanship. Welcome.....

I'm kidding, I love the HP claims people have with nothing to back it up.

http://bringatrailer.com/2009/11/01/bat-exclusive-1969-crossle-16f-formula-ford/ The origin of my s/n on here.... We had a 1982 Crossle 50F, but this is super neat to see as well.

So you claim that the ford's hold up better, but give no insight to what has not held up well with your GM product. Excellent contribution, I am not swinging from GM's nuts here I have just heard of some of the things that people complain about with cars and they are non-existent problems, or problems caused by the operator. I like to read what people's problems are and make mental notes to compare them to issues i have seen/heard. This helps with giving advice to others when they inquire about particular cars and their issues....

I'd look to pay 6-8K locally, but check and see what others are selling for. The 280zx turbo or not was not exactly the most desirable Z car. But that one looks to be in really nice shape. I can't really say I have seen that many in that color combo either.

Jeez a ton of butchered camaros in there. I like the Hankook car, but man some of those were hidous.

1300hp!!!! But I can't show you under the hood
