Thats what Im wondering. The direction of the marks on the car and the direction it peeled off the bumber obviously show the angle he came from. I take back my first statement where I said I can see why he blamed her.

Dear CR family, My sister was in an accident in front of my moms house earlier. When she went to pull into the driveway some guy tried to fly by her on the inside (not knowing she was slowing down to turn into the driveway) and hit her. The cpd officer that came out basically accused my sister, ignored everything she said, was unprofessional, and I'm sure his report will read the same. He even went as far as taking into account testimony from the guys wife that was not there. She didnt even show up until after he himself arrived. Is it even worth it to report this? Does anything really get done or does it take several reports before action is even considered? Laughing and joking about the accident with the other party involved (right in front of my family) is unneeded fuel added to an already bad situation. The damage to her car is on the left side. With that being said I can see how she would not have a leg to stand on if the other party lies. I cant fault him for saying it was her fault, but I can for his actions outside of that. This is me posting from the only side of the matter I have heard. There definitely could be more involved however based on the perception of my family the officer could use additional coaching. So again, is it worth it or is reporting a cop for the way he handled a routine accident call a waste of time?

If you get pulled over and you are innocent you simply get your text detail and get out of it. On the other hand if you sent/recieved a text or initiated data anywhere around the time you get pulled over you're going end up paying.

I see these same people filing for bankruptsy and not paying them anything. Its a damn shame...

I live in a Dominion/MI area. I was a little hesitant at first about buying my house. I remember them asking me how much money I planned to be making in 3 years before offering the payments that ramp up. I had to tell them it wasnt the price it was the lack of a full basement that made me hesitant. I could imagine how many people they talked into financing more than they could afford. I'm going to chill in my house for about 3 more years then I'm upgrading to a house in Dublin. Its amazing how much I can save up when I'm not throwing all my fun money at cars

If I were looking to get into the type of business that involved sexual activities, graphic photos, web sites, and fulfilling fantasies... what would I need to get started? As a consumer what type of pornography would you want? With all the sites out there what would I have to do to get you to consider paying for it? One thought I have is to patent a moan recognition system. Solution: Get out the house more while only keeping internet for video games and porn. After getting out of the house more you will have a rippling 6 pack like Sam. Once this is achieved you can cancel all internet because the games you play will be with hot young woman that double as real life porn.

That sucks that so many people are stuck in their homes. I have 10 homes for sale in my neighborhood of 70 houses. In the last 3 years not a single one has sold and only 3 are being rented. I know of 5 that forclosed and ran off. What happens to those people when they run off and dont pay? If its only a credit impact I dont see why more people arent taking the less responsible way and bailing.

So based on what Joe said if you dont have the money you cant close. Short sale would be the only way outside of foreclosure. With the way the housing market was last year I know people have been getting raped on the value of their homes because it was the only way they would sale. I guess I better leave a note before people read into things that are not there. I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT MY HOUSE. My house went down in value by $8k and Ive lived here for 7 years. If I sale my home I would make a profit. I was curious for the sake of simply being curious. I didnt know if it was like a car where you could carry over negative equity into a new mortgage (if the same company finances another house).
