I havnt found anything restricted or locked. You can pretty much do whatever you want and download plenty of things for free. Took me about a day to adapt to it after using window mobile phones for the last 4 years. After I got used to it I loved everything about it except for how heavy it was on my waste. A update for the droid will be out soon (like this week). Heres what its set to fix.. OS stability is improved. Battery life is improved. Camera auto focus functionality is improved, and time between shots reduced. Enhancements for three-way calling. Audio for incoming calls is improved. When receiving a call on call waiting, the speakerphone now remains on. The droid is an excellent phone, I just cant get past the size. The motorola is too heavy and the HTC is too small. Definitley test it out before getting it. If the size is ok to you go for it.

It depends on what ui you are talking about. Its not like there is only one. Palm, Blackberry, Windows mobile, and basic vzw phones all have different interfaces... actually loking at the Omnia 2 that appears to be on an updated ui as well. The droid is actually like one of 7 or 8 ui's.

The fact that the Bengals refused to trade him shows they feel he's needed. He could have handled that so many different ways but in the end he sucked it up and played. He's the only reason since Boomer and Ickey Woods that I leave the TV on when the Bengals are playing. He still has room to grow, but overall I think he's good for the league.

Having to take the reigns to evict a tenant I know how much work it can be. The research, the lawsuits, the drama, etc. Over a 7 year renting period of a home I can say there was only one tenant that caused issues (one of them actually paid half to have a deck built.). If you are paying on a home the profits are small.. but if you keep it up until the home is paid off its an entirely different story. A $3000 profit per year can easily turn into $30000. You cant tell how someone will treat a house with a background check but a $1200 deposit was enough to lay a new floor and fix holes in drywall...

Buy and rent like Ben said. A nice deposit and a thorough background check can eliminate some of the issues. If you made a big enough down payment on the house in the beginning that you can rent it out and make a profit I say go for it. If I didnt make at least $350 a month extra renting it out I wouldnt do it.

Bottom line is they need to rewrite it. Im for it as well, but the way its written is bullshit. If they dont change it some cop could take the grocery getter of some single mom thats late for work. I know thats the extreme case but its possible. More than likely it will be people like me charged with bs thats not even true.
