If you would have asked you would have found I agree with you from a structural standpoint. Its actually not bad, but I would not want anyone to have to deal with them. They tried to stick a bill on me for a simple touch up from the house settling. Told me I sent the people out, they had nothing to do with it, etc. It took 2 months to get that resolved and left a really bad taste in my mouth. Edit: Looking at what I quoted it makes sense why you would assume I was talking about the build quality. My reply was based on the fact that you were promoting domion as a whole. Other than a leaky pipe my 6 years here have been uneventful. If the op is building a home I say stay away.. if he is buying a home that has already been built then go for it.

I'll be good because this is not the right area. But they have a proven track record for doing dumb stuff. The first year I lived in the house was full of nonsense, poor customer service, and messed up paperwork. From a structural standpoint its actually pretty good... its the business side that they suck at.
