I had acl surgery 6 months ago so my stuff clicks off an on (scar tissue in weird places). My son is going in to have his acl replaced at 6am tomorrow at Childrens. When they went in to repair his meniscus (his knee was clicking) they found he only had about 25% of his acl left. I'm glad I opted to have it looked at. If he would have played football on that leg I'm pretty sure at some point he would have done some serious damage. Now I can only hope he doesn't end up with arthritis in his 20's.

I'm digging the futuristicness of it.

Did it at the end of March... will never do again! We lost 2 days of our vacation on the road. Planes scare me for this very reason. Everything at some point in time fails. The percentage of it happening is crazy low.. but still...

It does suck. There was a guy with $7k in hand coming to see it at 3. He did call back and said to call after we get it fixed. Hopefully he still wants it.

I was only pissed for like 2 minutes. Im going to have the dealership look it over and give me a quote before the claim specialist comes out. I learned from the last time to be ready with numbers for those guys.

Met some fine people today. Thanks for all of your help. I swear CR has some of the most giving, nicest people on the planet. They give you snow brushes for free and even offer their dent services The U-Haul guy did look it over and found a problem with the part thats suppose to lock onto the ball joint. He put it on one of the trucks and it popper off of that too (Glad the drive home was at a snails pace). Based on that he said there isn't any reason they shouldnt cover the damage. The claims specialist will be following up with me. It looked worse than it actually was. All of the parts are good minus the plastic trim around plate, the glass, and the dent that caused the glass to shatter. I'm guessing about $300 to repair.
