  1. I'd take the above over the 50%+ fatties that walk around cbus. I'd nail a butta-face way before a fatty.
  2. ADT here. If it goes off, they call our house/cells within 20-30 seconds like clockworks. Yes, I've set it off more than a few times by accident Tons of options too. Cell backups, sirens, lights, controls, etc....
  3. not your bad, your opinion. personally, we spend way too much time in this country worrying about the rights of bad guys and not enough time ending their lives. IMO there's little doubt these fucks were in some way responsible. I'm also pretty confident that if the FBI thought there were more....and who knows they might....that they would be all over getting them. In the end, I don't need more to put this kid to his death. They went to such lengths killing cops, shooting at them too and tossing home made bombs because they are the bombers. In terms of the evidence, we'll see none of that really, just what the press gets hold of and puts out. Personally, I'm not on the jury, don't care, fry them. Doubt the exact footage or images of the bag in hand being dropped would ever be released. I never saw a dead OBL but don't really need to as I do believe that fucker is dead too. Details of which I could care less about.

  5. No problem. One doesn't find too many from this era due to the processing required. Kodachrome is among the the longest produced color films ever made.
  6. Not colorized. According to the notes these were shot with Medium format Kodachrome film. They also don't appear to be colorized. I have not doubt they were touched up. Having worked for Kodak I can say that while Kodachrome is still today by far some of the best that was ever available, unless these were stored in a vacuum, they would have faded and would be showing their age. My guess is the scans were cleaned and saturated a bit to recreate the look. No doubt they stage the lighting well. The photog had to be very good as the exposure latitude on Kodachrome was narrow.
  7. tell that to my friend Michael Bleese who instructs Perry Township. I got a $100 he nails you much farther than 500ft without a plate. Been there done that.
  8. Are you even remotely doubting they are the ones responsible
  9. ^^ this. and I'm reserving the right to use this going forward given the lack of a watermark :gabe:
  10. It's not likely a radar/lidar thing. The front of a car has way more efficient reflection needed for laser than a simply license plate. It does however come in handy for scanning plates via cameras on cars.
  11. I see a wet dream, one guy and two chicks.
  12. I'd say you need to find the source and kill them. Lay down a bunch of flower on the deck or concrete to see if you can follow their pattern/traffic. If you can't, bait up a bunch of traps and give it 3-4 weeks. In the mean time, no BBQ dinners at Sully's :gabe:
  13. ^^ that's a great deal for what you get too. I'll likely look at one fully popped if not then-some if we can when I get my new company car.
  14. Let's see that with a crash test figure inside before we say how well it fairs.
  15. Unbelievable that anyone with that kind of car buys into anything CTD.
  16. So while the wife and kids were in California and along the west coast for several weeks we needed room and I wanted something fun and sporty so I rented a New Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with the 2.0T 265hp+ motor. Damn was I impressed and had fun. Okay, so it's Korean and not a Japanese Lexus or what not, but the damn thing was loaded with leather, Infinity Sound, bluetooth, etc. and the sport package really dressed up the outside and believe it or not the thing corners better than you'd expect. Better than most sedans, especially on the twisty mountain roads. Really made it a fun rental. http://media.ed.edmunds-media.com/hyundai/santa-fe/2013/oem/2013_hyundai_santa-fe_4dr-suv_sport-20t_rq_oem_2_500.jpg http://media.ed.edmunds-media.com/hyundai/santa-fe/2013/oem/2013_hyundai_santa-fe_4dr-suv_sport-20t_i_oem_3_500.jpg Ours was just like the above unit. As a daily the turbo really is nice but I can't help but have a strong interest in the 290hp 3.3 v6 offering. I bet it would be much smoother and likely a better daily. The turbo was really nice, even down low though. Never felt underpowered in any gear and after about a week in the hills, I learned where it's sweet spot lives and kept the sportier manu-matic shifter going. Long story short, as if you're in the market for a mid size SUV, the new style is definitely worth pricing out.
  17. ^^ unfortunately true. Ditch the Chrome Package and go premium touring and it's under $30k. Not sure what he paid but reps get $32k so likely got nice discount off retail. His is a 2012 vs 2013 too.
  18. Might have to do this to our Hyundai minivan http://www.optimaforums.com/forum/attachments/optima-appearance-body-modifications/797d1312351362-k5-badge-k5-air-valve-caps-stylized-k-added-mine.jpg
  19. Our van has the 3.8l in it and now that IPS fixed up the typical wear and tear of the suspension it's back to brand new feeling. Hauls ass for a van too. Lots of torque off the line which is nice for around town so ones not getting blown away by neighbor kids in their fucking civics and preludes
  20. So while in Cali I stopped by corporate and saw one of our reps new daily company car. Must say, I thought it was damn nice and pretty quick for a slush-box sedan. Black roof with Panorama style sunroof, nice sound system and I thought the stock wheels were pretty nice. Turbo Charged Kia. Must say it was a nice car to rock as a daily. One side of me would make me want to find replacements for Kia badges though http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/149794718/original.jpg
