I've never seen a man driving one of those. That would be interesting.

The business model today doesn't work. Rent alone kills profitability. You old drag enough people in there durning peak hours to make it profitable. Even the game centers and laser tag centers out there now struggle. I look at things fom an investment standpoint. If I'm going to put up money n a business, it better break even in 2-3 yrs and net me 25% ROI minimum. Arcades won't do that.

ha ha! I actually had a dream about doing that. Didn't end well though  fixed. Yeah. It was wild finding out that here I was hacking away under a nest of what are considered to be highly aggressive hornets. Thanks. Give me a couple months though. It's currently in the worst shape it's been in a number of years. The flower bed under the trees has gone to crap and over the past several years we lost about 75% of the perennials under the back trees due to crazy freeze/thaw situations. Deck is being done this week and now that the front is 95% the back is my focus. Couple more pics with flash. Even though Jason aka Akula said they are very docile in this stage, I didn't stick around long when firing away otherwise, I'd love to get my macro lens and some lighting out there. Call me a pussy. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/143970015/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/143970014/original.jpg

I did that by mistake back in 2009 when this nest of Bald Face Hornets was there and I didn't know. I was chopping away at some suckers were coming up from the trunk of the tree and eventually heard/saw a small bunch of drones flying around. Needless to say I ran like heck and then got some great pics. :gabe: I killed the hornets and dissected the nest, but honey bees are our friends, so these can live another day. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/114600021/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/114659116/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/114838785/original.jpg

Unless she's found unfit for some pretty serious reason, you're going to spend a lot of money to find out that you won't likely get full custody.

So after a long hot day at the Dublin Pool with the family I came home, cracked a cold beer and started to grill up some dinner. Nothing at that time struck me as odd nor caught my attention as the dogs played in the yard while I cooked. Timing proved on our side. Shorty after were sitting down to eat I noticed what I initially thought was a bunch of Japanese Beetles or something around two small crab apple trees we have in our yard. We looked a bit closer at the two trees just about 10' from our kitchen windows and noticed a swarm of these bugs that completely engulfed the two 10-12' tall trees. I stepped outside and there was no mistaking that sound. Thousands of bees buzzing immediately gave me the willies. I did managed to grab both my video camera and my SLR to grab some footage though. Here are two pics. I got a handful of good ones, but was more into grabbing some video, so that will be coming shortly. I have a message into Jason aka Akula but am not sure he's available. My guess is they settled in for tonight but hopefully will not find a permanent home in my house! http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/144010567/original.jpg http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/144010552/original.jpg

I sense Julius paid you a visit too? How did it turn out?

So what's your plate going to read? GRIP 2 ?

No....look like he tinted the side markers as he was hoping to do. On black it looks great. The fender vent things are like that stock. Looks much better on black than on the lighter colors. I've been wanting to slightly tint my tails. Nothing huge, just enough to knock out the really bright reflection, sorta like the tinted plate covers I have. I wonder if they can do that? The site I ordered the yellow overlays on my fogs sell an overlay for the tails but I'd rather have them done by locally vs trying it myself and risking it not turning out perfect. The stock wheels are growing on me a bit more. Would have to see them with a slight drop to love them I think. Can't wait to see the new ones though.

Looks very nice man! Clean for a day too.

No better bang for your buck in terms of size or ride quality than a nice minivan. I picked ours up for $19k including 100K warranty with only 4k on the odo. Everything but leather which we didn't want anyway. Sure, it's a minivan and it's no "fun" to drive, but the wifey drives it so I don't worry about that :gabe: We get more use out of it than most would imagine and while even she doesn't "love it" she admits life would suck without one.

Nice shots. If you get a chance to use a longer zoom or shoot with a wider aperture and a ND Filter if needed, you'll really get the images to "pop" by blurring the background and maintaining focus on the car. Here's a few Pshoped edits showing the impact. http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/in_box Looks like a good time for sure.

Looks like a great time! Some good shots there too.

Too awestruck to take pics. Seriously, Rocky is spot on in terms of pics not doing that Buick any justice.

The baddest MOFO on this site in my Book. That's him in the cell phone shot. Top center with the sunglasses on.

Great turnout and good seeing everyone again. Lots of good stories, especially the cruise over. Do tell. Cough, Clay, Cough, Cough..... Of all the members here on CR, this guy stole the show and silenced the crowd in a moment of respect and awe to a basically CR Stock Buick. I think he could have charged for rides in this bad boy. Teasers for now, more to come later. Until then Audi LOL :gabe: According to the owner, it's Into the low 10's with only 16lbs of boost. Have a good time man! It's a fun time for sure. Who knows, maybe in nine months you'll have another little one being announced

I'm sure that will bring loads of comfort to him and his family as he lays in critical condition, is left paralyzed or worse yet, laid to rest. I don't to imagine to hard that the family of Michael Sonney who was killed in 2007 at the end of my street wishes he wasn't riding on Snouffer either. Same with family of on Jeffrey Stevenson who was killed while riding on Sawmill/Billingsley a couple years ago. Sad occurances in both cases, but both 100% avoidable by their own doing. I stand by my believe that it's plain stupid to ride a bike on either of those roads. Two more instances of just because we can doesn't mean we should. All adults know the risks though so while the compassionate side of me feels bad for what happened, the other part of me is nuetral to meh on the matter. I've thought through your comment though and nope, my outcome is still the same; Love One Alive > Finding Driver Guilty of accidental vehicular homicide.

No pictures and way too much text :fuuuu::fuuuu:

Brookside area off Snouffer. Don't worry, like I said, people pass him every day. He's lucky, but eventually Darwin will strike.
