My brother came close a number of times as he battled cancer for nearly 12 years. I was there one day while he was pondering life and cleaning his guns and discussing things with me. I don't think in all cases it's a selfish act. Sometimes the pain and issues the deceased had are just as hard for them to live through. To say he should continue to suffer for the sake of those around him wasn't right either. My brother died July 6, 2006 and I know it wasn't just complications with his meds and his weak condition. I don't think he had the guts to pull the trigger and that said I know he didn't want to leave anyone with the memory of a hole in his head either. At the final showing it was tough but I said goodbye knowing he went on his terms trying to deal with demons I wouldn't know how to face either. RIP to them both. In this case, it's sad to think a young athletic kid suffered inside and perhaps didn't have the relationships with others to make it through it all.

^^ What everyone said. From a technical standpoint, try and watch your Aperture setting. Many of the shots are over f/8 which is very likely outside the sweet spot of your lens. It will introduce diffusion. It's also highlighting the dust on your sensor. There's nice string or hair at the top of the shots. Could also be the lens. Check that first. Otherwise, looks like you did well and had fun!

My good friend at work just picked up a new toy. 2006 ZX-14. Hoping to get pics this week. Looks just like this though. Makes me want to go get a bike in such a very bad way!! I'm not that familiar with them but he tells me it's like 170hp and handles nice for a big bike. Only has 3,200 miles on it. Any good tips to give him or things to look out for with them? http://motorcycle-web.com/kawasaki/zx-14_2006/2006-Kawasaki-ZX-14a.jpg

His name was Nicholas Trebonik. He was a senior at Worthington Kilbourne High School where he played football and volleyball, and was on the diving team. He worked at Lifetime Fitness as a lifeguard. Lived up north of where he was found, off Smokey Row by the Shell Station as you go towards Powell. I have no idea what made him pick my sisters car port. Evidently he broke up with his girlfriend. Sad Really. I won't post his photo. I don't consider it appropriate now that we know who he is. Prayers to his family. According to the family, In lieu of flowers, they would like contributions in his memory to be made to: Invisible Children at www.invisiblechildren.com or the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation, www.ohiospf.org. Arrangements by Rutherford Funeral Home at Powell. Original Thread: http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=101442

Not sure what you mean by fucked. Your distance will likely be fine but eventually you'll wear readers. I was still 20/15 in both eyes at age 30. Now at 42 my distance still remains perfect with only a +1.00 and +1.50 in my left / right respectively. However, to put it in perspective, all I have to do to not wear them is move from a reading distance test distance of 14" to about 20-22". I have some arm length left I -7.00 or better Rx's all the time. Legally blind is defined as having visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the better eye with best correction possible. Last year in our mobile clinic I saw a low income family where the 9yr old had never worn glasses. He functioned fine as kids are amazingly resilient but of course failed in school because he couldn't read/see. His Rx was a -17.00 with a +3.00 add. I'll admit I teared up fast when he put his new glasses on and saw his father for the first time. Everyone in the room cried.

Stick to 4300K-5000k. Anything above 5k is going to be lowering the actual visible light and honestly look like the 16yr old in a civic with pink or blue lights. I had 4300's in the past and loved them. Might I also suggest investigating what's out there in the way of projector lights too. Otherwise, the scatter from them is going to be quite glaring and likely to cause you to be flashed by oncoming drivers.

Same here. Every kid in the area was out riding a bike or scooter.

Bring the Speed. Love to see it.

it's not a big deal. you don't feel it. Dry eyes after is common. Night vision issues can be screened for your refractive error ahead of time and a more advanced procedure done if the risks are high. Still no guarantee but risks go down to where it's worth it for most people. If it's an enlarged pupil issue, then you can use drops. Like I said, you can always were night driving glasses if needed. You'd be surprised how many people wearing glasses have halos, stars and other issues because they either buy cheap AR coatings or skip them all together. Blows me away.

No car required. Bring the Accord anyway. Paul comes in hopes of being dragged around 270 by it.

Planning on being there.

Planning to be there next Saturday. Hopefully I'll have a chance to get the car cleaned up this week with all this nice weather.

Right up there with Cat Deeley's crooked nose. My wife loves the show So You Think You Can Dance and I'll admit to watching as barely legal girls dancing in tights is hypnotic but the host needs a nose job. http://www.musicrooms.net/files/celebs/cat_deeley_701029318.jpg

You're secret is safe with me.

That will change in your late 30's and be noticeable by your early 40's. presbyopia is in your future. Bucks friend will need readers eventually too. It usually buys you 5yrs give or take a few. Depending on the surgery and it's success, he may need night driving glasses too. Come see me when you do.

Posted a bit of information earlier. I love projectors. Get a good one and you won't regret it. Lighting is key. Pitch black viewing is nice but not as easy on the eyes over a long night. I added the theater lights and put them on dimmers for those that tend to need them.......like my wife. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1261281&postcount=28 http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1261849&postcount=38
