Very basic need. Garage ceiling is insulated and finished, it just needs a small area repaired due to a leak 10+yrs back that bubbled it a bit in a 2ft x ft area and then the entire thing needs skim coated, sanded and painted. Would prefer a flat ceiling but I'm okay with a smoother textured one too if it's easier. I just don't want a stippled look that will catch dust and dirt, etc. I just plain don't want to do it. It's a big 2.5 car garage but not a huge project. Anyone here do drywall or know someone who could do this for cash? PM me or reply here. Thanks! Tim

My take: Clinton is a good debater and lawyer. I knew she'd do well tonight bringing her A game. I feel she did in terms of knowing when to jab and punch but her track record sucks, she knows it and her likability didn't likely go up at all except with perhaps the dems that were still in doubt. She proved she can step in the ring. That said, she's had what 41 debates, 15 one on ones? Trump sucks at debates and while he remained standing, she schooled him on how to control the topics and keep the opponent on the defensive. He missed a few key jabs and punches as she was left wide open. I think it's mainly because he's not used to the format or debates in general. He stayed on his message though and didn't fall off the stage. Likely didn't win any of the undecideds but I don't think she did either. IMO tonight is a good representation of how things are in real life. She like Obama can do the politician BS Speak and work a podium but I still think he can rally the troops and bring in better minds to actually address problems in a way that will benefit the people. I think she'll still just be a bag of hot air and continue the BS that many are tired of seeing. Successful deals and decisions aren't made on debate stages. Time for some change. Time will tell.

:confused: THat's the best part up there. Shit ton of cars but left turns don't back shit up like they do in Columbus. Roads have much greater capacity than here. Rush hour is crazy but upside is when they flow, traffic doesn't go slow. Drivers know how the go-pedal works. Downside is that for the 25+ years I've covered that as part of my work geography, this is by far the worst I've ever seen the roads. I litterally won't go back with my own car until that's fixed. Will rent one from now on. I parked mine and had my rep drive me around. Like many others said, the burbs are for the most part fine. Housing is fairly cheap too. you can buy more in many areas for the same dollar as you can here. Save
