Don't get me started on Dearborn. I have to unfortunately support some insurance agents there and they are always douche bags. I thought New York agents were pushy and aggressive but Dearborn is worse.

V1 is awesome. I don't use it much when in the city especially when going to work. I know where they sit on 270 and I do what Tim does. I travel a lot to Canton and back. Going up 71 and Route 30 it helps a lot. I don't tend to speed when taking a trip I just put on my cruise control. I just can't stand 60 mph speed limit on 30.

BAMF stripped just removed verizon bloatware and some other tweaks. It still has sense.

Tried it and didn't like it on the thunderbolt. I used to use it on my moto droid 1 though.

I haven't noticed a difference in battery life with sense vs vanilla. I like the sense lock screen too much to not use a sense rom. Most of the time I unlock my phone it is to take a picture or to send a text message. It is really nice to just drag the text icon into the ring instead of unlocking, then pulling down my status bar, then clicking on the text message. Does anyone know how to change the programs that it can launch? It would be nice to have an icon for google chat.

If you drained the battery until it died that might be the problem. My moto droid 1 was the same way. Some engineer thought it was cute to have the phone turn on when you plug it in. Problem with that is if the battery is completely dead there isn't enough juice left to turn on the phone. So it turns on for a few seconds, then dies, then sees it is plugged into power, then rinse and repeat. You are just going to have to wait until there is enough power in the battery to boot the phone fully. I highly suggest you do this with the AC charger. The USB charger takes longer.

Every time it loads a rom you are dual booting you have an option to wipe data and cache before. So that isn't a problem. The MMS issue is simple. If you send or receive a picture it fails every time. You can retry until your battery dies but it still fails. That is the only issue i've found. The battery life is so much fracking better though since all the bloatware and sense is removed. If the MMS was fixed it would be my daily driver.

I just installed it today and I might uninstall. It looks nice but I am having issues scrolling and typing with my finger. I didn't have this issue in BAMF remix. I just wish they would fix the damn MMS issue in BAMF stripped because that is my favorite. Also FYI I found out an app boot manager that lets you dual boot up to 4 roms off your SD card. I am having issues with it though. It costs $2.99.
