  1. $7 in electric costs is a full tank or just partial? I am genuinely curious since I doubt I will able to afford one in the future.
  2. All of the above made me laugh.
  3. I wouldn't go to HR over this. You already went to your manager. If you don't like the outcome go one level above and talk to his/her manager. Or you could just tell your coworker to fuck off. Some people need to be told because they have no idea how much of an asshole they are.
  4. Neither are correct IMO. Most anything can be used as a "tool" to commit manslaughter. Making it harder to purchase or making it illegal won't change the fact that it can still be obtained. And even if it can not be obtained there is a laundry list of other "tools" that will get the job done. The only thing I can do is be prepared. Prepared... prepared... always prepared. THANKS BOY SCOUTS.
  5. You don't need a gun to murder someone. Remember what Timothy Mcveigh did? Guns are not the problem. Evil people will do evil things. There is nothing in your power you can or can not do to remove all evil people from the world.
  6. Today is a good day to be a divorce lawyer.
  7. Nothing says "firm handshake" like using both of your hands to shake. Make sure to squeeze in a vigorous and forceful manner. If your partner flinches you know you did it the right way.
  8. You just need to find an independent agent that can write in many different companies. They can do it over the phone if you have 5-10 minutes.
  9. I will make the last one. I already made plans for tomorrow. I will be in a kayak on a river
  10. I wish you would take a trade. I don't have the cash right now.

Clay do you need a reminder to get to the polls? :gabe:
  12. Pretty easy just add lube. See below. http://i.imgur.com/xovVuUP.gif
  13. Don't have kids ever. Save all the money you would be spending on them up till the age of 18 ($245,000). Take that money to retire and enjoy yourself. Do whatever makes you happy. If you want to live on a cruise ship who cares do it. Don't have kids if you feel you can just let your wife/gf/whoever take care of them. They can play sports but don't use this as a way to get out of taking care of your children. If you can't be a FATHER and raise your offspring get fixed now. Anyone can be a dead bead Dad. Don't be that person.
  14. It is an FAA safety guildline. Here I found it https://www.faa.gov/uas/model_aircraft/
  15. Depends on your rig. Cheap ones have no tracking other than your eyes. The nice ones have GPS and altimeters setup through a laptop or tablet. Some of the high end ones have cameras setup for FPV. You put on goggles that have a screen for each of your eyes and that is how you fly it. They normally go a couple hundred feet. I think the FAA rules is you can not go higher than 400 feet and no more than 5 miles from an airport. Can they go higher? Yes they can. Depending on your fail-safes one could get out of range of your radio and either fall to the ground or keep going until the battery runs out of charge. I was with a buddy and he had GPS tracking on his but it somehow got stuck on 100% throttle. I think it was an actual hardware failure but it kept climbing into the sky. We tried following it in the car but it got so far away we lost visual of it. Then the GPS gave out. My guess is it went until the battery died and feel to the earth never to be found again by us. A full charge on the lipo batteries he was running could sustain 100% throttle for at least 20 minutes.
  16. My goal is to NOT spend money. I don't want to buy a low end PC for this. All 4 users will not have their own VM running but I need at least 2 with the option for a 3rd. 1 for my legacy apps and the others for the guest users. Oh and I do have i7 CPU, 16GB of RAM and 3GB on my video card. It should be fine.
  17. 4-5 different users will be using some type of guest account. The reason shouldn't really matter. I just want to know if it is possible and if so a general idea how. I will figure out the details.
  18. I could make it auto load. They could tolerate the wait time. I do want this all other users locked out of the main OS only for protecting myself from malware. An infection has already happened and took too long to repair. The main risk I think is they could use the windows 10 guest account and add malware/virus. I rather just delete the VMD and reload a saved snapshot than deal with cleaning out my main OS hard driver. I am just using hyper-v because it is built into windows and free. If some other VM application can do more I would try it.
  19. Yeah I looked at it. It is just like the multi-desktop option on my Mac. I used that often when my Mac was my primary machine. I guess what I want to accomplish is impossible and that is okay. If there is no way to login to a VM I will just make a guest account and a second account for my VM windows 7 legacy apps. Keeping everything separate in their own windows login is asking for too much.
  20. Tim sounds like the guy that never gives a neighbor kid back his Frisbee that accidentally flew over his large privacy fence into his yard. I don't understand you. Nothing positive comes from destroying someone's property. And a toy hovering even in your back yard close to your grass isn't destroying anything.
  21. That is not how I think about this or my intentions. Why is it upsetting you so much? I do have some apps that have been crashing in windows 10 that I can run in the windows 7 VM fine. When it crashes I lose my display, keyboard, and mouse. The HD runs at 100% while this happens. I have to cold boot to fix. I would like the ability to run these from time to time in the separate environment and switch users between them. I also do have someone in my house that can not learn a new UI and still needs to use my PC. They need a guest account. And I like doing things that are difficult. That is why I am doing it. Any discussion or insight on this feel free to let me know
  22. You can't shoot something because you don't like it. And that quad was not "coming right for us" at 100+ feet in the air. When I was in elementary school I was big into building and setting off model rockets. I had one that took a few pictures with a 35mm camera before it came down. pdqgp you okay with shooting this out of the sky too?
  23. We all know how long that drone was in the air. He sure didn't waste any time taking it out. Does he just walk around his backyard with a shotgun at all times?
