I added mine to my homeowners insurance. You can get them appraised if you really want to otherwise you just state an amount you feel they are worth. They will ask for the gun make, model, serial number, and if they are in a safe or field use. You might want to take a picture of the gun plus the serial number and keep it safe somewhere. I e-mailed all my pictures to my agent. You definitely should do this. It does not cost much and will cover your ass if you sell a gun and it is used in a crime. Sometimes a paper trail is a good thing.

You have a great connection there. Wow customer service would never admin to anything. I probably called them 10 different times when the internet ran slow. The techs that came out, or the one tech that came to my house 3 different times did admit that almost everyone on my street has Wow. When I called to cancel my service the lady said something like, "Oh I see you had multiple problems and we could never fix your issue. Let me cancel your service for you". I've never had such an easy experience canceling anything. That is the only thing positive I can say about my Wow experience.

By stress test I meant a few things. Run constant pings on google.com for a few minutes and see if your replies are all around the same time like above. Mine were all over the place and usually more than 1000 ms. Start a download of a large file from a server that you know will max out your downlink (torrent or FTP). Then go to another device and see if you can browse internet normally. Try youtube or netflix. I couldn't do this. Everything ran too slow. It sounds like your node is not overloaded like mine is. I even demanded WOW to run a new wire from the pole to my house and they did. They also replaced my cabling inside my house. I am curious about your WOW internet. Do you know if your neighbors are all WOW customers? You can drive around with your cell phone looking at wireless SSIDs to get an idea. Almost every house on my block has WOW with the same SSID naming convention. When I had WOW the internet would crawl during peak time 7pm-6am. And by crawl I mean slower than DSL. How is yours? Have you tried stress testing your internet connection?

French drain would help some of that. You basically put a large pipe around or under your foundation that is filled with holes. The water collects in the pipe and flows out away from your house. You can use a water pump or depending on the slope of your yard gravity would work. I am actually going to make one for my down spouts. The plan is to run a very long pipe next to my driveway going out towards the sidewalk. It slopes down hill so gravity would pull it all away and hopefully into the city drain. What he said. I have the same problem in my old house. The walls have already started to crack and mold is growing. You really have only a few options at that point. Either slope your yard with truck loads of fill dirt or dig a trench all around your house and fix the outside wall. If you waterproof the wall all the way down to the foundation on the outside plus the inside it will stop any further water from leaking in. Regardless setup a dehumidifier and run a drip hose to the drain. This is better than doing nothing. If you notice mold anywhere on your concrete walls spray bleach on it and scrub. I had a bad experience with WOW too. TW is a shitty company but at least they give you the speeds they advertise. After shopping around I refuse to go with anyone but TW for internet. If I needed a 2nd option I would pick up verizon wireless 4G internet.

Run Memtest86+ in DOS. It will tell you if the RAM has a hardware failure. This is for sure the best way to test RAM without buying a stand alone memory tester. I am only going to suggest Corsair because fanboy. Vengeance is good line if you are into normal overclocking and not trying to break the bank.

The only workaround is to buy items from individual sellers and not through the amazon warehouse. It is up to the seller if they do or do not want to charge sales tax. Good luck getting your item at the cheapest price doing this.
