Insight internet + RR turbo addon. I used to have cable tv and DVR with insight. One day I told them I only want the internet. They turned it off and told me to drop of the DVR at their office. It isn't that hard to do. Walk into the office with your DVR box and see what happens.

Good luck. I have a few things I need to get fixed on my roof. I've called 3 contractors plus able roofing. Able is the only one who has came out and called me back. I want a 2nd opinion but I guess that is too hard for smaller companies. One company actually did call me back and setup a date but they never came out.
