just put the new motor together you homo.
the short block is assembled i just want someone who knows more than i do to pull the main caps off and maybe the rod caps and make sure the bearings are legit in it

if your just tossing it back together, then just reuse them....not like it will matter!
thats what i wanted to know im tossing it back together and it will be driven easily up there might just reuse the old head gasket too

buy my arp bolts they are at robs you can have them cheap and they are reusable
what do you want for them? I am just putting my car back together so i can drive it to my great grandmas place and let it sit for a while while i have the money to finish my new motor

just took these out of my 302 i dont know if they are stock or not these are the only markings on them and the car had some newer looking black/orange fel pro head gaskets on it
can i reuse these putting a stock head back on a stock 302?

ill post a pic of the head its fine i think my little brother dropped a screw or washer down the intake oh well i would rather have him fuck up my car while learning rather than get mad at him and force him into the world of ricer losers

not a damn clue the heads look fine valves keeps retainers all look good i turned the head upside down filled the bowl with water sat there for 10 min didnt leak a drop my guess is the idiots helping me with the car dropped somehting in the intake when the upper was off...
I have that fresh 302 with main studs eagle rods eagle/arp rod bolts and a trick flow stage one cam i might just throw in and run on stock heads since those gt40s need springs and gone through i dunno tho might just leave it in there and drive the jeep
or i could get some new head bolts a head gasket it and half ass it and be easy on it...

motor has been huffed for a year..now it will be 4 years before you get another stock one running

this was cylinder #7 cylinder walls look fine as well as the head spark plug was smashed into itself put motor turns over by hand fine....
but yea that was gay

no its not..jegs sells below retail...list price on them is retarded.
i do have some arp head bolts... you'll never be boosted anyway
ha i have a whole short fresh short block here with main studs good rods forged pistons arp rod bolts etc.. might as well do head studs if im going to put that in and plan ahead right?
i thought they were cheaper than 90.99 oh well

i dunno what the deal is the inital start up in the moring the car stalls but it sounds like someone installed a cam when i wasnt looking and the car runs flawlessley other than the stalling and i know this makes no sense but it seems to have a little more power im confused

thr problem isnt that bad the car just idles at like 500 everyone once in a while no idea why maybe it did it before andim just looking for a problem it runs like it always has under load and cruizes fine from 10-120 no problems so yea im just alwayas mad at that car

You did not use any silicone during this process did you?
where is was need such as the valve cover gasket corners
