  1. if i were you i would buy a donor 5.0 car the 4cyl brake will work yes but the factory 5.0 stuff is better and bigger it all depends on how good you want to stop

     

    No the rear end will no fit its an 8.8 technically but its got different mounts and i think the vans use leaf springs it would be easier/cheaper to guy a used 8.8 out of a mustang

     

    no idea on the tranny im sure you could make it work but who knows as for the rest of the stuff prob not

     

    find a 87-92 5.0 ho and start out with that better heads and forged pistons and whatnot man

     

    I would be willing to lend a hand tho

    pm me a price on what u will charge me to take the stock pistons out an put those in there as well as the cam i have and a new timing chain

  3. okay I have a short block i am building right now it has eagle SIR rods in it with stock trw forged mustang pistons in it they have been flycut by the previous owner and i dont like the way they look I can get a killer deal on these pistions in question but i need to know if they are the same style as stock pistons and will work with my eagle sir rods

    8 new pistons forged

    8 new wrist pins

    1 new set of rings

    this kit sell for 626 new at jegs and summit racing.

     

    will the pistons listed above work with eagle rods?
