yes, c is common. and that's where the condenser wire goes.... one in the common and one in the a/c (y)

I think when the guy was hooking your stuff back up he rushed and put the red (not coming out of the brown wires together) into "r" instead of "c" where it should be.

From what I see in the picture, the red wire coming from the condenser needs to be unhooked from the "r" and hooked into the "c". Could you zoom away from the control board and take a picture, so I can be sure where the wires are coming from?

We bought this from someone with our pool table and never set it up. It works fine. Needs cleaned up a little because it's just been sitting in our basement for 4 years. Figured it's for the damn thing to go and stop taking up space. The dimensions are 56"x 32" iirc. If somebody wants to come pick it up in London, it's yours for free.
