  1. e mail me to meet to do the 4 Cobras. I'm in Pickerington. Thanks. roneisner@msn.com
  2. Yep, did a card and yep 63 does suck, you'll see. Right foot still works and the Z-06 keeps the wood stiff!!! Ron
  3. Tried to run the GoPro this weekend at Mid Oho and came home with nothing. I wasn't happy with the instructions and not the most tech oriented guy out there but it was a bit complicated, I think. Anything out there with a basic on off buton and a suction cup? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron
  4. Thanks Jeff. I'll be giving you a call. MrA, Tko and AJ thanks for the info. I wasn't thinking I had much to do based on what I see on the street with this power, just didn't want to run into any problems once I got there. AJ, I know you had a Z-06, but the last Corvette I had was a '71 350 / 350 and before that a '68 427 tri power 425hp that I thought were fast. This thing is unreal! Nice car. Can't wait to get to the back straight at probably 160. Thanks again. Ron
  5. Just picked up a 03 405HP Z-06 and plan to do a NASA Mid Ohio weekend in July. I'm looking for someone familiar with pads, hi temp brake fluid, tire air pressure and exactly how to use the "active handling" settings on track. I have plenty of time on track with my AI car but not with this new bird. Any help would be appreciated. Ron
  6. As a small business owner depending on incoming calls requesting quotes, I try to set aside at least an hour every day in season to return that days calls. If I don't get them I at least leave a message and try again that evening. Funny thing... I'm always told I got the business because I was the only one that returned their call! I don't have "walk in traffic" and no storefront, but unless these guys are just booked with an unreal amount of business, running at full capacity and making tons of $$$, I can't imaging not returing calls to potential customers within a day or two. Possibly a part time guy on a quote desk would move this company to a new level of revenue and customer satisfaction, especially if he worked on commission. My 2 cents. 7. My kids looking for a set of 4 - 16" wheels to mount some snows on for his 97Mustang GT. Don't have to be great but would like something like a set of factory pony wheels. Anything will do, let me know condition and price. Thanks, Ron Dans cell 327-4814 or post here.
  8. Does anyone out there have a set of 4 16" wheels they are willing to give up to fit a 97 mustang GT??? Just tell me your price... Perfer Pony wheels if at all possible... Thanks, Dan.... 614 327 4814
  9. I know I saw a number of comments in the past for a good honest HVAC company but would like to see some current info. Anyone have any recent experiences with the locals or know of anyone in the business that can install a new unit with warranty at a fair price? Any contact info would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron
  10. I'll take a look... where is it located. What time Sunday can you meet? Ron cell 638-3938
  11. "got my competition license Friday and competed in my first two races on Saturday and Sunday... " Congrats on the license but how did you get the license in a day and run races same weekend? Did you do the Mid Ohio School ($$$) or go through the NASA HPDE process? I know the license process just isn't that easy... Ron
  12. I need about 80 sq ft of stucco to be applied to the knee wall of a new screen porch early next week. Job is in Blacklick. Anyone with experience or a referral please let me know. Thanks, Ron roneisner@msn.com 614-638-3938
  13. Jeffs number isn't right, not connected. Do you have another number? Or if you see him please have him call me at 614-638-3938. Apreciate the help, Thanks, Ron
  14. I need to remove a windshield from a donor van and install in the 98 Astro work van I am in the process of sorting out. Any ideas on who might do this so I don't have to buy a new windshield from one of the regular glass companies that do on site installs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ron
  15. I have two buds that do work in their garages evenings and weekends. One in Baltimore and the other south of Pickerington. Both turn away business from friends and referrals every day. Both could quit their day jobs and do fine, but then it's a job... not extra money on the side. Go for it. Ron
  16. What are the hours? How many days a week? April thru August are very busy. At Least Monday to Friday if it's not raining and if we miss a day we work Saturday. Days start by 9AM on the first job and we try to do at least 2, maybe 3 decks a day, depending on size. Good days finish by 4PM, maybe 5. September and October are based on customer demand but not nearly as busy. Willing to train someone with no experience? I have 2 crew leaders from last year that will each train a tech to travel with them. I don't send anyone out to a job for at least the first year without a crew leader that knows what he is doing and knows what is required for a perfectly finished restoration. So, yes, we will train.
  17. Plan to hire two techs April 1 for the summer season. Power wash and stain experience helpful but will train... hourly rate depending on experience and how quick you can get up to speed. Weekly bonus based on quanity and quality of jobs completed. If you enjoy working outside, take pride in your work and will show up every day ON TIME, e mail your resume to me at reisner@deckrescue.net. Techs last year averaged $350 to $450 plus per week depending on weather. My franchise only services the east side of Franklin and Fairfield counties so would prefer you live in the Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, Gahanna areas. Thanks, Ron Eisner Deck Rescue
  18. Good info... appreciate the response. Ron
  19. Have friends coming in to visit this weekend and wanted to find a decent restaurant that serves Dim Sum to take them to Sunday. Did a search but posts were a couple years old and nothing that looks to still be open. Any help would be appreciated. If you've been there how was it? Thanks, Ron
  20. Did my drive today. Great job, fair price. Call 'em.
  21. Call Tony Macon Plumbing 614-604-9300. Used him last year when my pipes burst. Was there within an hour. Great work and reasonable. Hope this helps. Ron
  22. Most of you are too young to remember but Ashton Tate was a huge vendor of IBM data bases way back and I was their primary distributor (Ingram) on the east coast. I had a bunch of co-op money to spend or loose so we sponsored RapidFire Pit Lane for the 500 one year. Flew in execs from all the major computer retailers in the country and had limos shuffle them back and forth from hotels and the airport to the track. We had a gold hospitality tent (next to Rahal and Bud) for the weekend and started serving champaign breakfasts at 9am, catered lunches and a open bar all day and fancy dinners at night. Spent well over a hundred grand in sponsorship but the conputer business was flush at the time and didn't make a dent in the co-op I had to spend for the year. Got to do some parade laps with the Ford dealers and met most of the drivers. Unreal experience! Probably won't ever happen again. Ron
  23. LIGHTLY greese the new ones or you'll be laying on the road behind your bike. Don't ask me how I know. Ron HNYear!
