My DOHC 3.0 2001 Nissan Maxima (auto trans) has a strange sound coming from the front of the engine compartment when turned off. It is related to the "Engine Control #2" fuse. It sounds like an electric motor that will not quit running. Pull the fuse and it is off. I know the active engine mount is controlled off that fuse. Anyone know anything about that?

The Smarttrak in this SUV is so mindless when you need it. Never any thinking about it, because it is automatic. Wife loves it. How bad was the Explorer roll?

I usually sell my stuff because of family priorities and financial obligations. Maybe when the kids are out of the house (in 18 years) I may keep something.

Yeah, that was Rob Raymer's old car. Put out some pretty nice power. I think it sold on Ebay for $16,500? DarkFormula, was Raymer the one that ripped people off? I was thinking he had some shady deals.

You could always come down to the Ashland, KY/Ironton, OH area and have Phil Smith (AKA Bluecat) do it for you. I haven't seen any better. He is known on the LS boards.
