  1. yeah i never said she wasnt a fucking idiot lol. I cant even sit in a car w/o a belt or it feels horrible. They arent lying when they say they save lives, and hopefully I never find out, but if I do ill take the benefit of the doubt
  2. That is essentially how I put my old 90 GT into the median of the highway up at school, and it was sitting on BFG KDWS's lol. Luckily no damage at all, but 180's on the freeway suuuck.
  3. im guessing itll be sitting in that spot a while.
  4. Yeah not smart, though there is one lady I know whos a RN, and she doesn't wear hers. She said that she would rather die than get a seatbelt related injury... Apparently they're pretty excruciating, which makes sense, but i'll take my chances.
  5. will those things even fit in an oven!? lol
  6. sonata sounds like a 5x114.4 so that should work. Also sounds like they use a common (around et40) offset. Only question would be if they need to be hubcentric and if these hub openings are large enough, and also if the load rating on the tires will work
  7. I know we bitch about the people driving slow as fuck in this stuff, but it is probably for the better. When I lived up in Worthington and had to take 270 from Gahanna in the shit, id usually gladly just follow slowly behind them. Patience is a virtue.
  8. damn dude. also glad you walked away... looked like a pretty hard hit on yours compared to the others.
  9. dangerous spot with all the shoppers exiting. Passed the one yesterday going southbound about 1pm. Counted 10 cars still there, one of which was a nice white STI with gold wheels Sad to hear edit: didnt even see the other thread about the other one...
  10. I know its not the same car but they all look the same these days lol. '11 TL with 20's http://www.europeanautotinting.com/photos/49.jpg
  11. Im happy to say this is my last winter as well. Will be in South Carolina come late next summer!
  12. I had a client that did that. Built an amazing wood stove heated garage with kitchenette and bath on some land, then lived in it a while as they built thier house next to it aaand at least youre out in BFE where permits and inspections arent as rediculous
  13. Definately glad your house it ok. Sucks you have to look at that mess for probably the next year Until they fix it.
  14. gotcha. I want sure if they were like BBs, or like little cleats like I think i have seen people run in like Colorado
  15. I agree with the other. Leaky bead. I did have a tire while I was at school that the valve failed. I think water got in, and froze and let all the air out. Just get them remounted basically As far as TPMS goes there are usually 2 different kinds. One that goes off of wheel rotation. As a tire gets low it rotates at a different speed. The other kind is like a transmitter that measures the pressure and sends it to the computer. My car has the latter, and with that system you can basically make a PVC 'bomb' with a schrader valve in it that you can put all the sensors in, pressurize, and place in the trunk.... no more light. I just run my winter setup with the dash light on... I get used to it. heres the best DIY ive found http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1714077&postcount=20
  16. Id say ford has stepped it up more, so no, id probably buy a ford
  17. so the 1st of Nov to the 15th of April. Good to know. I have never been in a car with studded tires. I assume they are loud as shit lol.
