Yeah autotrader was a waste for me too, but mine sold in a week, from Craigslist...so that money was wasted... First id try Craigslist and all the forums.. then if you get no bites maybe try Autotrader.. the paper isnt all that bad either... some people use it

Youll probably need one. I deal with them alot, submitting for things....Just have to call the local building dept and ask. If you get caught w/o one if you needed it, it can cost something like 3X the permit fees + any fines they want to give you.... they can be pretty money-hungry
