  1. That looks just fine IF there is something or you could tie the two ramps together so they stay parallel and solid. Just doesnt look to have enough stability width-wise since you are lifting the 'sprung' bouncy car. Bottle jack / jack stands rock. I have a couple Ive used for many years Love them. Only difference with those is you cant take the tires off.
  2. So sweet. Gauges look amazing in there.
  3. No better time....the salty mess is SO much easier to clean off
  4. It looks pretty sweet. Wonder if you could post MORE than just the cars as features....Like shop stuff....this is how we swap a set of coils on this set of coilovers....I dunno. Just spitballing.
  5. Just keep in mind its tax season....so it could be harder to find stuff cheap...unless people are unloading old junk after using said 'wealth' on newer stuff
  6. ^^^looks like they have done some nice matte as well http://www.lizardskinz.com/gallery/master_images/_DSC6236.jpg
  7. Need some 5x115 to 6x115 adapters and get some CTS-V or even SRX wheels on there (I dont know if the offsets are substantially different to account for spacer thickness)
  8. Theyll just get jacked at your new house anyway
  9. I thought I did 1-1, but I see that it says 3-1. I only did about a third of a gallon though so I might be close. I just use it mainly to touch up right after I rinseless wash...there is always some more dirty residue on the lower doors / rockers that i touch up with it. Good info!
  10. http://i.imgur.com/VTDs1xe.gif We should totally have a boring commuter car meetup sometime though. Maybe Barnes & Noble?
  11. I made some of the Wolfgang Uber detail spray after Tim introduced it to me and it works wonders. 1oz. Uber in 1-gallon of distilled vs. the 1oz/3gal. wash. Really nice stuff. Also really seems to keep the trim and tires black.
  12. I know you did the same to my roof, but DAYUMN. That thing really did a 180. Amazing for sure.
  13. I love the headers. Very Roadkill!

  15. Just do something low...like 18-24" tall. If it has a 'mid-century-modern' vibe I think it would still look rather "period". You probably have to replace the stair railing as well so it all melds nicely. Whole point would be to introduce another "color" to the elevation...you have your retaining wall, then the wood, then the house itself. Good contrast. And you absolutely need to cut out plywood eyes and teeth come Halloween! That looks awesome.
  16. You should include a 2oz pour with full detail.
  17. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c161/spedponcho/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_20160208_180023_zps5kejrdti.jpg Take those shutters off too Could get some large deco-style house numbers and put them on the left side, going from top to bottom. A real low streamline wood fence (think zx2guys house he just bought)...maybe only as tall as where the steps rise to....around that planting area could really look cool...maybe the numbers go on it instead. Powerwash the wall below? And get an american flag on that bitch if you have not yet. EDIT: since you dont have a real front porch, maybe the low fence and then make a little patio area up in the retaining area like a pseudo front porch you can sit and chill on (I dont know what street so that might not work).
  18. Embrace the dated design. Some sort of 'modern' clean color can usually do wonders. If the style warrants it you could do so much as to add brackets or some other ornamentation to the house. I would not cut corner boards in. Frankly, paint, doors, and especially lighting fixtures can do wonders. Throw in some low-voltage up-lighting and you might have some killer curb appeal
  19. http://www.classiccarsseller.com/media/uploads/cars/2014/3/15/1967-chevrolet-camaro-rust-brown-and-gray-stripesb/1.jpg These look sweet. Most likely because they are shiny paint. If you could find some high gloss ones that were as wide as your whole lower front grille and nearly as wide as the hood that would look potentially amazing (not to mention different than all the others out there) This would also be nearly impossible with vinyl due to the curves I guess - another reason paint is best!
  20. I think you will be fine. Isnt the law typically 4" and under being okay? 2.5" for federal places IIRC? Id think if its at or under 4" you would be just fine.
