  1. Yeah you just have to wait until they open...A lot of the DIY spray bays remain open though...may just need to try and get it underneath when you can. Aside from having a heated garage to work in, you are pretty much SOL when it is sub-zero out. Could hook a garden sprinkler to your laundry spigot and throw it underneath......
  2. I Fluid Filmed mine last fall since I had found the stuff at a local place while in VA. I bought 3 more cans befor moving back last week. Plan to go over it again soon. It is messy and stinks a little while, but really seems to coat well and keep the frame clean. I plan to do one better and get some of the Eastwood Internal Frame Coating and do that before going nuts with the FF. It looks all glossy and oily at first. but it fades to a more normal look pretty quickly http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a299/iwashmycar/IMG-20131213-00021_zpsaf919fa3.jpg A couple months later....after some more offroading and washing. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a299/iwashmycar/DE88D01A-0EEA-4D83-ACAA-0F41AF89AC4B_zpss7qfcz1q.jpg

Nice! Small world...or err, city I guess lol
  4. I am a little biased, but I would recommend the lowest mileage 4 Runner you can afford and drive it for the rest of your life if you wish. Plenty of kid space...and the rear windows roll down for the pup. Downside may be the truck ride if you are not into that....and mpgs

I know plenty of contractors. I pretty much do all of 3 Pillar Homes' stuff since it is enough to keep me non-stop busy. Our office (Keiser Design Group) works with many many more though. We have sort of an odd office, and pretty much do everything lol. I've done a back-yard fence, all the way to commercial stuff.

I am in residential architecture. You may have seen my work if you went to the Parade this year. I designed the 3 Pillar house. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions or would like contact info. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a299/iwashmycar/bia_zpsf91a2eb4.jpg
  7. I just signed up for WOW. Installed this past Sunday. ~$80/month, decent internet and all the HD channels I typically watch so win win. Tried the no cable thing for the past year and hated it lol
  8. If Charlie is still painting cars up at CSN Motorsports his work was amazing. I highly recommend it.
  9. I stitched a Wheelskin on my XTerra. Not hard. I asked for a second roll of thread to do a baseball stitch. Definitely makes the wheel bigger and more comfy. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a299/iwashmycar/XTerra/IMG-20120127-00007.jpg The creases near the spokes have since calmed down.

    really?

I'd go with they know each other as well.
  11. Yay now he can buy a damned paint job
  12. Most certainly aluminum. You can probably just strip and polish.
  13. I am also impressed by that pile of snow
  14. Forgot the most important thing. The two of you HAVE to do it TOGETHER. I try constantly to eat well, while my wife won't give up Dr. Pepper, a stash or Oreos, and many other terrible foods....especially when we do choose to eat out somewhere... Often end up at Taco Bell or other places we should be avoiding!
  15. You can eat sort of "bad" still I'm sure. Cutting out soda alone is HUGE. A lot of pasta is pretty decent.. change up the meats and sauces, ect. I've found AllRecipes.com pretty convenient for good ideas. I've made a lot of things from it. We would make kabobs a lot. Marinate chunks of meat, and then the rest is straight veggies... Cauliflower, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, ect... all taste amazing grilled! Just put them in a ziploc with a little oil (to keep them from burning) with salt and pepper to taste.... then put all on skewers
  16. I had a few different lights on my GT... kept all 3 and changed them out as I got sick of the other lol Striped some LXs http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a299/iwashmycar/mustang/RearStriped.jpg Also striped these ones as they were just regular tails http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a299/iwashmycar/mustang/PICT0856.jpg Cheese graters were a love it or hate it, and compared to the other 2 these stayed boxed up lol http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a299/iwashmycar/mustang/P3230776.jpg
  17. Those Cragars in black would look sick on there. White not so much.

  20. I too vote, as small as possible. Also go as light as possible. Will make the car more peppy and fun to drive as well.
