Where the "conflict" again ? Did you even read the link I posted ? I agree that all sides are biased, its the degree of bias that changes how a story is reported. For instance ... CNN reports that (insert liberal hippie company) may have inadvertently purchased supplies from a company abroad, known to have done business with terrorists, CNN spins the story to make known that this may have been done completely by accident, and points out that other companies may have also done so unknowingly. Fox news reports on the same story, but their spin points out that (insert liberal hippie company) "could be" responsible for American deaths, and that the company may have financed an attack on American soil. Than they have "Educated Guest#3" come onto the air, and state that evidence is being mounted against them as we speak, so you can sure that later on they "may" be tried on charges of treason, "if" enough evidence is found. Independent news will say "Company does business with X".

On woway.com T&C's. No ones guarantees throughput because no single network can control an end-users throughput. No one knows when, and what backbones will get clogged, they can make educated guesses, but you can't be 100% positive. Everyone has a disclaimer as such, including WOW. Uverse uses "profiles" which allocate a users bandwidth from the local VRAD, anywhere from 19-25Mbps is the current VDSL1 standard. Just because you are allocated X amount of bandwidth, doesn't mean that's what you're guaranteed as far as throughput goes. Which is why it says "up to".

What are you hearing that's conflicted ? Please use an example so I may retort in context ? Also please reread my first post about Fox News and tell me that's not some of the stupidest shit you've ever read.

I have noticed a slight degradation from my Insight HD service to the Uverse. Not so much that I really notice too much, or care. The picture is still gorgeous. When VDSL2.0 becomes the standard most profiles will be switched from 19-25Mbps profiles to around 40-50Mbps, allowing for better compression techniques and higher web speeds. Ofcourse, Im sure cable will continue its DOCSIS 3 rollout so, I say go with who ever gets you the best Mbps price.

Uverse if available. Im on the 10Mb service now, and may be upgrading to the 18Mb. Consistently seeing over 97% of the advertised speed.
