When eating things such as cereal or Spaghettios, I have to have 5 of whatever I'm eating on the spoon every time. It used to be to the point where I would keep count of how many Cheerios were in each bowl, but I don't do that as much anymore.
Also, when setting my alarms at night, I have to check them 10 times to make sure they are set to the right time or else I worry about it and can't fall asleep. Sometimes I still worry about it even though I've checked it multiple times.
