Want a bit of a project? I have an mx500 electric dirtbike that needs a fair amount of love. I'll sell it for $50. With about $100 in parts and a little time it would be pretty sweet. The one I rebuilt moves me around at about 15mph.

I was thinking of buying one of these new. So my guess is they are a "seasonal" item and cannot handle storms and winter weather? Did you take it down each year?

Check with your insurance. I think if it is in anyway blocking your field of vision it's a safety issue and they will cover the cost.
