  1. All I know is stackable means front loader. And I always hear about front loading washers failing, even very expensive ones. You know what hasn't failed, my POS base model kenmore washer I've had for 10 years and paid $200 for. I guess I have nothing good to say except buy the extended warranty.
  2. Sounds like maybe you sold them on it a little too hard and they want you to be able to keep something you like when you aren't as attached to it as they think. Wasn't the deal with your wife that you could buy it now if you sold it for a profit this summer? So it's one of those 2 things, either dad loves the car or he thinks you do. So much so he's willing to pay $. If they like it so much they want to invest a little into keeping/making it nice then that's cool too. Clean it up, leave it with dad, enjoy them feels.
  3. Day job or on the side? I have some parts to coat
  4. Nope. Guess I just assumed they could handle decent due to their size. Never mind, just get a corvette like everyone else OP.
  5. I'd suggest checking out the Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky turbo. They seem to check that "different" box while still being fast balanced cars that can make decent power.
  6. Is that a legit ATC 250r in the showroom? For sale?
  7. If you'd part, I'd be interested in the Q3.
  8. I'd go polished wheels. Only ever liked black wheels on a black or white car.

  10. Battery technology is the only thing holding electric powered cars back. The motors and electronics to build them are already available and robust enough. As they get better it will happen, and battery tech has already advanced a ton in the past 10 years. Even right now if car companies could just develop a battery pack that could be quickly swapped out in like 5 minutes (think popping your trunk and replacing the spare tire) to replace a dead battery with a fully charged one if needed, that could be the end game for a lot of gas powered cars. I don't think we will have "no" gas cars by 2050, but I could see the ratio doing a 180 by then and most cars ( daily commuters) being 100% electric. I think it will take longer for the big diesel rigs to be phased out, really they are not nearly as inefficient.
  11. This one is 4x4 and can go offroad. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=123577
  12. I consider myself a wino (along with a beero and margaritao) , but to be honest most white wine is like the light domestic beer of wine. Red is where it's at. Are you sure she doen't drink reds as well? Check out the Powell Village Winery in downtown Powell and Good Vibes Winery in Westerville. They both have VERY good local wine at reasonable prices and will assist you in picking the right bottle. I think going out of your way to buy something you can't pick up at the local grocery store is huge, and the prices are similar. BTW, most whites are served chilled so maybe a couple bottles and a nice chiller would make a good gift.
  13. I have nt01s on my car. Derek sold them to me and gave me a great deal. I have not noticed any additional road noise, but the car does have long tubes and a pretty open exhaust.
  14. I guess simple folk like myself will stick to American cars that have good old depreciation. :lolguy:
  15. In 5 years or so a GT4 will be on my short list if used prices are within reach.
  16. This was bought new in May and hasn't seen more than 4 tanks of fuel (including break-in). I have more toys than I can play with and this just sits in the garage. 17. I kinda want that wideband but I see new prices online around 160. PM me your best price please.
  18. How many 1 loss and 0 loss teams are there? Really needs to be an 8 team playoff.
  19. Little bump at 65 becomes a huge bump at 150.
  20. I voted nope only because I'm jelly and want a land yacht.
  21. Thanks. Been paying a pesky $7 a month to borrow WOWs.
  22. You are welcome to, but to be honest the lines on this one are not the best either. Parts for these things are so dirt cheap, except for maybe the batteries and electronics, it's hardly worth swapping used parts from another bike that might only be a tad better. TNCscooters.com and monsterscooterparts.com have just about everything you could need. This one is pretty much curb worthy also, so they are likely in the same shape lol.
