For reference i work in a bike shop. Customers always call and say "is my bike ready?" No name nothing they just expect me to know. Another call i get often is "are you open?'' or "do you work on bikes?" I seriously hate people.

Thats just a rumor and has no standing in court. I did however get out of a ticket because the officer was tailgating me and was not in court to defend himself.

Interesting. What threw me off was the no stop thing. You would think it would say no parking 4-6 or something to that effect.

Ok so here is the story. My G/F got a ticket in cleveland today. The ticket was left on her car while she was not there and simply says "No Stop 4:00-6:00" If they are referring to the time of the violation she was parked from 3-5. Is this a ticket for running a stop sign/light? If so can they give you a violation like this without you present? I thought they usually mailed these to you.

Conditions that may require riding away from the edge of the roadway include when necessary to avoid fixed or moving objects, parked or moving vehicles, surface hazards, or if it otherwise is unsafe or impracticable to do so, including if the lane is too narrow for the bicycle and an overtaking vehicle to travel safely side by side within the lane.
