Anyone going tomorrow? Gonna go do 2-3 passes just to make sure all bugs are worked out before heading to Norwalk this weekend and see if we can go faster then last weeks 11.5. Might have new suspension on before hand so would like to get a chance to mess with that as well.

Yeah, I think I am going to swap my suspension out. I have some off the shelf Ground Control coilovers that have way too soft of rates on them. Gonna go with some Progress Drag coilovers and see if we can get the 60s down to atleast a 1.6. I wanna try lightening the car up a tad too, that means my fatass needs to lose weight as well. The trap speed is definitley here, I had a total moron moment last night. I do my burnouts in 3rd gear, wel I was being rushed to the line as the other car was already staged so I just rolled up and didnt remember to take it out of 3rd haha. Needless to say I launched the car out of 3rd, totally died on me, restarted, caught the other car, passed him and still trapped 128mph haha. I had a couple good run but a lot of bad ones due to driver error and mechanical errors. Gonna go back next Wednesday and try to fix both of those issues

There was 6 of us in the impot class, my buddy actually won it with a 13.9 in his SRT4. We were the only 2 manuals in the class. I redlighted and broke out on the same run haha. There was a decent turnout, id say under 100 cars racing.

Took my Integra to the track tonight (5/23/12) to do some test and tuning. I haven't been to pacemakers since I was probablly 12 years old (15 years ago) with my Dad in his Challenger. I am actually going to Trails on Wednesday to do some T&T lol, as I said its 10mins from my shop so kinda hard to say no to it. I will be in a 4dr Integra with exhaust coming up out the hood, stop over and say hello, I promise I won't bite. We are gonna be playing with tire pressure, launch rpm's and my boost by gear settings plus playing around with a new Hondata feature that should help us spool the turbo a whole helluva lot quicker.

Haha you're welcome. That was only his 2nd time ever at the track, I can't believe he passed tech honestly. He has a huge crack on his windshield on the drivers side, in his line of view, yet they passed him lol The dude that runs the lanes needs to be fired, he is a total asshole. If you are on here, you're a fuckhead! He is never friendly, always seems like he doesn't want to be there ect... The track prepping or lack there of is terrible, its honestly part of the reason I don't get to upset with the times I run out there. I go to trails because its a 10-15minute drive for me, if it was longer then that I wouldn't even bother. My biggest complaint with Trails is the pit area, next time you drive through there take your hand off the wheel and see how bumpy that shit is lol. Trails has that Friday Night "Street Fight" bullshit but it doesn't do anything for me as a racer/spectator. I agree that a heads up event such as Thursday Night Lights would be a big success at trails. Its pretty sad that I am planning on doing my test & tuning for Norwalk out at Pacemakers...
