Most races are usually to a predetermined speed or as you said finish line. Now, they would have to prove that the race was set up this way. There is talk that it was set up online, now i cant see it being more than hey ill 40 roll your ass this year. I would suspect they were friends otherwise they wouldnt be out together. This could of been just friends out riding together. I would think that they would need to prove that this was an intentional race and this is where there case has a weakness.

What is sad is in todays society it is not about the truth anymore. It is about what you can prove. There are a lot of innocent people in jail right now and it is very disheartening. I cant believe it is up to how well a person can present a case as compared to the evidence.

Even if this forum is being monitored, I don't see how much of it could even actually hold up in court. Seeing as most of it is a lot of people bullshitting. Even if a race was set up online through this website or rc that doesnt mean that it is actually going to happen. Does that mean that if i set up a race with someone a long time ago and we just happen to be driving next to one another one day and get pulled over im going to be charged with streetracing? Atleast they didnt mention Columbusracing on the news cast. They said brandon will be turning himself in tomorrow morning. Those are some pretty heavy charges, i guess they just went after whoever they could.

Looks like everyone came out alright from this except i have no clue what is going on with linn's case. It seems that everyone just got a speeding ticket and 2 points. And one person was found not guilty all together. Hopefully no one had to spend too much money.

After some searching here is the program with the patch. Run the zip file. Open the Install but do not open the program, at the end it will ask if you want to run the program, do not. Open Patch.exe. You need to go to add remove programs and remove it that way. The bad thing is norton remains in your registry and still is not completely removed.
