  6. I recently bought a 1996 Eagle Talon TSi AWD and was wanting some input on what shop to take it to tomorrow (my day off) that could fabricate an intercooler pipe and also do a few misc things and in the end tune the car. went to IPS, thanks for the advice.
  7. +1 super is the best. EDIT: added something useful, here's a direct link to the download http://www.erightsoft.org/97CD1687980A7A47FE016/SUPERsetup.exe
  8. there was another big crash on 315 at around 1 am, i was driving by and the scene had 2 ambulances and a few police cars, only one car that i could see, the front was completely destroyed.
  9. there's about 22 people who want to play.
  10. i'm up for some source, did anyone here play cal? my steam name is iamorange or jfiveeight one of those...
  11. then fix it! i have vista ultimate (and an XP) disc you can use if you want, i would look into upgrading your processor more than your RAM since it's not a dual core... it should be an easy swap, if you could open the case and find out what make/model motherboard you have (and then determine if it's a 775 socket) then you can get an e4300 C2D for around $120 (it's what i use and it OCs very nicely)
  12. if you have a motherboard with only 2x DIMMs yes, but those are really rare now a days. i would look at this eHow i linked and before buying the RAM check inside your computer to see if you have enough spots left... http://www.ehow.com/how_895_install-ram.html also, the RAM that is linked is a SO-DIMM... that's laptop memory (and now i see becuase another poster has stated he has the same problem with their laptop but the OP i don't think has a laptop), if you were to buy online, buy with http://www.newegg.com or http://www.zipzoomfly.com 2GB or 1GB depending on your setup those should work.
  13. i have a dual boot system with vista ultimate and XP pro sp2 and when using vista i have not experienced this problem, i would do as everyone else is saying, check the task manager also, since the computer is from dell, go start>all programs>accessories>run and type msconfig in the startup tab you will see all the programs that start up with your computer, disable what you don't need and leave the few Microsoft ones post back with anyones you have a question about and then restart. edit: 1st post
