'99 cbr900 fireblade. No idea if it's a good bike or not but hey, I can get rid of one of my beaters for it and maybe get some money to go with the deal. Only thing I know about them is they are light which I guess is a good thing

I was comparing the price for the bike to a car. The bike is a cbr900. The shift forks are fucked probably because of driving it like a dbag. To pull the engine and trans and replace forks it's in the $1,000-1,500 range. On a car, if you were to go to a shop/dealership to pull a engine and replace something will usually be in the $3-4k range. I was simply saying that I can do the $4,000 job in an afternoon, so I'm thinking that doing it on the cbr would be easy. I just looked into some manuals and the only issue I can see is working on the engine/trans with it still in the bike. Once it's removed (seems like an easy job) it's very easy and similar to a car to work on.

I've never owned or worked on a motorcycle. I've owned plenty of cars and have done a lot of work on them. My question is would it be hard to work on a motor cycle having no experience at all? Asking because I might be getting a bike that has some tranny problems. The engine and trans both have to come out. If this was a car I'd just yank the engine and trans out in an afternoon and replace whatever needed to be replaced. But having not ever worked on a bike I'm a little hesitant. I look up online to see what it costs to do what needs done and it's $1,000-1,500. But you can also look up the labor costs of pulling an engine and that is in the 3-4k range. I just don't want to get into to find out it's something I can't do and have to resort to taking it to a shop some where. My guess from looking at the bike is it'd be very easy to do. Looking for two cars to race this year. Ran an Integra and Accord last year. Looking to for the same thing this year. Max budget as of right now is $1,500 per car. Whether it's a roller or running car doesn't matter. Paint doesn't matter, Interior doesn't matter, rust doesn't matter. The car will be mostly destroyed by the end of the year so it really doesn't matter what it looks like now as long as it hasn't been rear ended (bent frame accident) I'm looking for 89-99 integra rollers or 90-91 accords. Doing a f22 build in the accord and hopefully a b16/b18/b20 budget build in the integra. Let me know what you have.

It helps a little but not having hop up is the biggest problem. Every other balls spins a different direction.

I just built one. Two actually. The first one blew up because I had the pressure too high lol. I made another one out of a gatorade bottle and it works a whole lot better. Not very accurate because there isn't any hop up but damn does it hurt when you get pelted with 30 or 40 all at once lol.

What about the mob/parking lot of ricers on the side of the highway? If the guy wasn't drunk maybe he would have noticed a few dozens cars parked along the sides of the highway. Also, with hazards this might have been avoided. But I'm kind of liking the way it turned out anyway.

That's what I've been trying to set up since I started here. But the boss wants an actual program that basically notifies me when something needs done. And I was just talking to a person at fleet mate. I think that's what were going to end up using because it's the only one that has everything we need.

I'm looking for software to keep everything organized at work. As of right now there are about 20-30 pick up trucks, 20 bobcats, 12 front loaders, a few city trucks, 4 atv's, a bunch of generators, snow blowers, and tons of random 2 stroke/4 stroke motors. I need a way to keep track of all of the routine maintenance besides checking stickers on every piece of equipment every day. Also need to log when parts were changed, inspections were done and if possible drivers info, vehicle description and so on. If anyone has or knows of any kind of program like this that isn't ridiculously expensive let me know. Because as is isn't working too well. And I hate not know what kind of work I'm doing until I get to work and find a bunch of random shit to do. I've found dozens of programs online but I thought I'd ask on here before I go and buy one. Thanks.
