I'm trying to piece back together the system I had put in my cousin's car for her. Somebody broke into it ( kind of ) and took her subs and amp. I honestly think she just left it unlocked, because whoever took them didn't break any windows or locks; they neatly unplugged everything and left all the wiring intact. I have some new subs and an amp lined up, just need a box. I'd prefer single as she said she'd like more trunk space ( it's a ZX2 escort ), but a double box works too if it's not HUGE. -Scott

As luck would have it, i just got back from St. George Island, where my family rented a big house on the beach. Apalachicola is okay, not much there really. As far as a good beach, I went to the beach on St. Joseph Peninsula, which is less than 20 miles from Apalachicola. It was apparently rated #3 beach in the U.S. and it was pretty damn good. TONS and TONS of shells. The specific beach in question is in the St. Joseph Peninsula State park, down near the tip of the peninsula. It's especially cool because you can stand on the dunes and it's such a thin strip of land that both the ocean and the bay are less than 100feet from you . If you're into fishing, the old bridge to St. George Island ( now a really really long fishing pier ) produced some good size shark, Seabass, and giant ocean catfish for me too.

I have a friend who just high-sided his 600RR going about 10-15mph. Ran through what I guess looked like an entire oil pan worth of oil at petzinger road and 33, turning onto 33. He said he saw it too late but got off the brakes and grabbed the clutch. Apparently the front tire went through fine but the rear slid out and he landed on his forehead on the curb with a helmet and full gear on. He still fractured his wrist pretty bad, but all in all he's okay. Dumb stuff happens I guess, glad you're mostly alright.

Rolla has my car right now actually. He does good work and would probably like to help, but I know he's been busy lately. Give him a call anyway, 614-496-4969.

I wanted to add my own pics as mentioned earlier, and the photoshop gods wouldn't let me convert the raws until just a minute ago. All you have to do to remote start a manual is bypass the clutch switch and not leave it in gear. Bump for a nice car too. Would the wheels be for sale for $600 by chance?

There was a black ( that flake black color, very nice ) MS3 in the lot at work today. Plate was STA SOBR. Sounded familiar, thought he might be on here.... Only vaguely related I know, basically I liked it, nice car .

I was going to add some really nice shots I have at Ash Cave, but when I went to convert them from RAW to jpeg, I see that my cracked copy of CS3 is now requesting activation and not working. I saw an adobe updater thing running in the background earlier and stupidly assumed it was Acrobat, apparently it was my pirated copy sending a homing signal to the adobe mothership . Not to hijack, but does anyone know of a quick fix other than re-installing and disabling updates?

Where does one go to partake in such a booting?

Doesn't sound quite like the same symptoms as my mom's, but her tahoe had the sun gear problem a few years ago. I think there was a semi-successful recall/judgement on them maybe?
