  1. This is not "Music Talk" as the thread title states....... Also, I agree wholeheartedley .
  2. I wouldn't consider the hdmi worthless, I mean, you're going to buy an hdtv sooner or later.
  3. Any idea what the white Avenger in the picture consists of? An SRT model, or just a prettied-up car?
  4. Nah, I live on pickerington road, it's white stealth/3000gt
  5. I'm thinking there may be some confusion between wheel horsepower and crank horsepower. The site you linked to has numbers based on CRANK hp, btw. From the factory it's rated at right around 300 CRANK hp, give or take some based on the year, free boost mod, etc... Also, the car is REALLY clean, I'll give you that. How long have you owned it? Also, Jones, the Stealth/3000gt platform is not called 3si. It's call the 3/S. 3si.org is a forum dedicated to the 3/S platform. I'm an active member over there. Common mistake though. Big Brother, you might also try posting your car for sale on 3si.org forums too, but I'm thinking you're gonna want to drop your price quite a bit before introducing it to that crowd.
  6. I live right near there.....always seem to have some good looking trucks....seems to be a lot of "pre-modded" vehicles
  7. Ah, I guess that's what I get for not reading through everything
  8. Chrysler Mitsubishi 3.0 ( 6G72 at least ) IS an interference engine. They can be found in Dodge Stealth, Mitsubishi 3000gt, Mitsubishi Galant VR-4, some Mitsubishi Monteros......fyi. 60k timing belt and water pump replacement is recommended, as are a few guide pulleys I believe.
  9. Dude Rolla, this thing is going to be crazy. Or I guess just crazy(er) than before . Your 2.3 mustang got me thinkin' that an old 240D Volvo with a 2.3 Turbo and five speed would be a fun car....real sleeper. I plan on trying to throw something like that together when i graduate. Keep posting pics of your progress man
  10. He lives over in Jefferson Woods with me, a neighborhood over by 33, almost Canal area, but in Picktown. He's been a huge bimmer fan for as long as I've known him...I graduated with the kid. I haven't seen him almost since highschool, had some health issues I think. Anyway, his plate is "MPOWER" I believe, it's a black M3, same generation as yours, w/ hids, halos, and the "M Contour" or whatever you call them wheels. Real nice car. His brother drives a black late 80s 6 series, plate is "BEEMER" lol. BTW, any local meet activity in Pickerington?
  11. Do you know gibboney by chance? Jimmy lives in Pickerington in my neighborhood and has a nice black M3, I haven't seen him in a long time though.
  12. Yup, that was me, ugly winter rims and a nice coating of salt. I'll put the word out to a few corvette guys in the family though, beautiful car. Good luck with the sale.
  13. Wow, yea, beat me to it LOL. College, food, maintenance leaves me quite w/o any.
  14. Dayumn! Yea obviously that's the car I saw. I'd love to buy it, but right now I'm driving all I can afford right now. The Stealth needs a clutch BAAAAAAAAD at the moment too, it's becoming a safety issue, and that'll be about the biggest purchase I'll make in a while. From sight alone I can say it is a sick car, congrats to this matt character for having one at 24!
  15. I'll trust ya, but I mean really, what kinda response is this?
  16. I saw this car on 256 through Pickerington today. Blue C5 Z06, had what looked like ghost flames maybe. Either way it was very lowered, pretty loud, with the stationary projector headlights, exhaust, sounded like some serious motor work, maybe blown but hard to say. Looked fast as ballzzzz. Either way, somebody's gotta know this car, right? Like the title says, license plate was "UUD LOSE" ......warm day really brought out the cars!
  17. Not that it's my favorite exhaust sound, but the 6g72 motors in 3000gt's/Dodge Stealth's have a VERY nice unique sound......I know this because I have one. While I like that, my favorites would include the 5.0 mustang sound, the VR6/Audi motors, and old/new/any ferrari.
  18. I saw this thing in person also, I must say VERY clean. The paint doesn't show very well in pics, but is awesome in person.
  19. It looks like the chinese took a picture of a 1997 Blazer, and rebuilt it in their homeland from the firewall back......what ingenuity!
  20. Here are what I've got, I want them GONE! Like I said, manual adjustment, lumbar, slide, and recline adjustable. Tan cloth, basically perfect shape. I just upgraded to leather power seats. http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x33/spankis/DSC_0149Small.jpg http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x33/spankis/DSC_0148Small.jpg http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x33/spankis/DSC_0147Small.jpg http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x33/spankis/DSC_0143Small.jpg I assume you wouldn't care about the rear seat, but hey what do I know..... Let me know......can deliver for right price
  21. I have tan cloth buckets out of a stealth, non-power, pretty light. You can have them for a hundred bucks .
  22. I've had one of these EVER. I forget what it was about. Not common really though. Had the same number for 6 years.

I'm reading this thread quite late. However, I feel like I should mention that I too saw the Silver Mustang against the road sign........ It was a silver 99 generation V6 completely stock. That is all.
