if your not in a hurry to have it i get all my drive shafts from inland imperial. took less than a week on the last one i ordered.
I thought it was Inland Empire?
Also, Columbus Joint and Clutch has done several driveshafts for me and all has been well.

Buy a tank sprayer and do it yourself. I have 3 acres and the cost is between $50-$75 per application depending on what I use.
Straight 2-4D is cheaper, but doesn't kill as many weeds as a 3 way like Trimec.

Not being mean but for $3k and a diesel all its going to be is junk. You either need to spend more or go with a gas.
Why are you wanting diesel
We get it already. Every truck that isn't a Cummins, Powerstroke, or doesn't cost $35,000 is junk. You don't need to remind us in every thread about diesels.
OP, have you considered an old military pickup? I know they're 4wd and reg. cab, but they are a 1 ton (actually 5/4 ton), usually minimally rusty, have less than 100k and typically can be had for less than $3,000.
My K10 with a 6.2 gets 20 mpg and hasn't missed a beat in the 6 years I've had it.

94% 45 out of 48. If I wasn't an owner of a 50's Chrysler product and hadn't spent years of my life looking at Chrysler stuff that test would have been a little harder.

Go snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef. We flew into Cairns and then took a ferry to Fitzroy Island where we stayed for 3 nights. Truly amazing experience that I don't think you'll find anywhere else. We also spent close to a week in Sydney and there's plenty to do there. A few highlights were the Opera House, Powerhouse Museum, the Taronga Zoo, the Australian National Maritime Museum, and we did a dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour. The one thing we didn't do and wish we would have was go to the western side (outback). We spent 20 days between Australia and New Zealand and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I read right over those facts right to the numbers. Yep. 75% going to debt...cant afford it.
You're a jackass. What if he was paying extra on his house?

So what's going to replace it?

My buddy scored his 60" Exmark for $2500. His needed front tires and a fresh seat and it was ready to rock. I'm looking for that kind of deal on a commercial mower.
How many thousands of hours were on it? I scored a brand new previous model year (2009) Cub 50" commercial Z-Force 23hp Kohler last year for $2999. I stilll see those deals from time to time.

Does it have Hydroboost? If so, it could be the booster/lines leaking.

A commercial driver is a 70 and a judge is 71. Interesting.....

I bought my 04 SS in 2006 with 20k. It's about to roll 90k and with the exception of an O2 sensor about a year ago (CEL came on 2 days after I paid it off), I've done nothing to it other than regular maintenance. I did the tranny fluid and filter at 50k, and flushed the coolant last year. Needless to say, I'm definitely happy with the car.

DO NOT BUY FROM MARSHALLS!!! I got fucked by them twice last summer/fall on motors and a friend did too, they are a bunch of white trash inbreds with the brains of a field rat.
This. I bought an engine from them with their usual "$xxx.xx perfect" bullshit description. After driving for a week the oil looked like metallic paint. Pulled the bearing caps and every bearing was trashed. Fuck those hillbillies.

Good intro and welcome to the site. Keep us updated with pics.

+1 Just reordered from them a few weeks ago. This was my 4th order and I have always been satisfied. Nothing (Heartgard, Frontline) has ever been anywhere close to expiration dates, either.

I know it's more expensive, but the Ditra is supposed to be the way to go. Much quicker/easier to install, and it's thinner than cement board. The fact that you might not have to reconfigure the dishwasher setup may also be worth the extra $$.

Buy gift cards at Giant Eagle for the fuel perks. I bought $800 in Home Depot cards to purchase a water heater and just got $102 worth of free gas last week.

You can't adjust the lifters on that, they have the type of rocker arms that are just set to a specified torque. Probably just needs a set of lifters. I just put a set in my dad's 97 Jimmy with 198K on it. It was ticking at idle as well.

IIRC Autometer sells an adapter to run the mechanical to electric speedo as well.
Will this work with an OE electronic speedo and no ECM?
-
Just looked on Thirdgen and it appears you can use the same crossmember.
-
If you have a 2wd truck tranny, you shouldn't need to change the drive shaft. You'll need a torque arm adapter, but that's something you can get at Jegs. The electronic speedo is going to be an issue if you don't plan on retaining the factory ecm/wiring. You could get a mechanical speedo out of an 85-87 and solve that issue. I am not sure about the crossmember.
