i would lean more towards pump because of it getting worse as it gets low and not as much helping the pump .is the pump close top the cell?must pumps are pushers not pullers so they need to be real close to the tank because they cant suck it to the pump but can push real good.

no u have to use 2 ,1 for the kit and one for the purge.

if you have flood insurance on your home they can help u to get it fixed .might give them a call .i dont know about up there if u all have to have stuff like that but most people down here do.

its obo need these gone.

no just had a brain fart and did it to be cool i guess .and no problem holding air they hold air for a long time a lot better than my et streets i had and no bolts in them they would be flat in 24 hours the hoosiers will hold for 2-3 mounths its seems and barly go down like they should.
