  1. Sounds like its time to get it on a lift and DRIVE it. Its your easiest way to pinpoint it. Like everyone has said, front bearings are a known issue with these trucks. Have you checked the front diff fluid yet? If Im not mistaken, the output seals on these tend to leak too and could cause damage to bearings in the diff which would make a bearing growl noise that wouldnt really be as effected by weight transfer when turning. /runonsentence.
  2. sorry I'm late to your party but it IS the o-rings between the rocker assembly and the cylinder head its very common and easy to fix I've done several at the dealership plus I did my accord in my driveway last summer, remove the valve cover, put the engine on TDC, mark the cam gear and t-belt with a paint marker and slowly remove the cam gear, timing belt, and rocker assembly, replace the brittle o-rings under the rocker assembly, re-install the rocker assembly, cam gear & t-belt, go through and check the valve clearance adjust if needed re-install the valve cover and your done

This for sure. Most people, even techs ive worked with, will overlook these lower seals. They are actually a more common weak point than the upper seals.

  3. If OEM is NGK or Denso, then go with NGK or Denso for sure. Im a big fan of sticking with OE plugs (unless heavily modified). As for the brake bleeding its super easy. On most vehicles the theory is to start as far away from the master as possible so, right rear, left rear, right front, and left front is the way to go. If you are really uncomfortable with doing it yourself then I would recommend going to a shop.

And as for the comment about using honda atf, I certainly recommend it. Using other fluids wont damage anything quickly but, Ive seen the effects of it over a long period of time and it seems to be true mainly with shift solenoids wearing out for some reason. In my opinion its worth the extra cash. Ive also noticed weird things with using non honda powersteering fluid. Them hondas be picky yo. VTAK!

  4. I've listed every item in great detail on the build page so you can look there for all of the facts you need. About to add another 'group' of weight loss items to the tally. We could achieve 2800lbs if we went full race car.

The assumptions of trust funds and Daddy's money are always good for a laugh as they tell you more about the person making the statement.

I mow my own grass because it's fun. Weed whacking, edging, mulching, etc. is left to my property manager because it isn't fun!;)

And Colt is damn near a midget; that explains volumes about the pseudo-confidence. Lol

    Want to sex? ;)

  5. So I dont really want to do this already but, I need some money in a hurry. Ive got a 1987 harley sportster 883 that I traded for a while back. Its in pretty solid condition but, does need a little work. Id say its about 90% done. It just needs a headlight, the primary cover gasket, front pads and rotor, and the front brake lever repaired or replaced. I have a new primary cover gasket and new front pads and rotor. I just put new oil and trans fluid in it. For more info check out the build thread. Not really sure what its worth but, i would think $2500 is a decent price. This is obo. If I cant get what I want out of it Ill just hold on to it. Ill only consider trades for guns plus cash.

  6. And what I would have done is call the fucking cops and then atleast made my presence known and take some attention from the helpless woman. Id like to say Id beat their asses but, with 8 guys thats unlikely.
  7. Did you really do nothing? My first response would not be to check with CR on what an accepted method of handling it would be. This is a good example of whats wrong with society, not only the criminals in this situation are wrong but, so is anyone who did not try to help. Disgusting.
  8. Needs to be out in canal or somewhere where you can go out back roads and take care of business.

Agreed, plus its close to home for me. I know the guys at oreilly on brice have been cool in the past about hanging out there.
