  1. Yeah Sprint, worst move I've ever made. STAY AWAY
  2. Deciding which bolt on turbo I want to run, shooting for 450-500hp till the stocker explodes. Which would be shortly after. Unsure of which motor to toss in after that. Already have a lead for AMS lightweight Willwood kit. Then have the suspension fully dialed in. I would love to toss it in a windtunnel that's 10 min away to see if that wing even does anything, but at 1300$ an hour I will pass
  3. I can swing some decent rides but find myself enjoying older shit buckets more. Strange how that works
  4. Indeed. Off the drive the last 4 hours in a few, hopefully it makes it :fuuuu:
  5. I have the conversion down now, glancing at the speedo I would do a double take Everytime. I will trade all mine for yours? :lolguy:
  6. Km/h is annoying. http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1212/4798801/9950206/408838294.jpg Quick shot, coils need dropped a little. Has rare Evo VI lightweight OZ wheels as well http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1212/4798801/9950206/408838295.jpg
  7. Thanks! Need to purchase fog light covers!
  8. RHD is terrible in a non RHD country, I'm glad. That was a selling point in itself for more. Pretty good deal, of course ha. Could pawn all the extras that were included and probably easily get back half...
  9. This thing kinda fell into my lap. The car has been here since 2000, and basically sat for years. I received a random Pm on another site about the car. I wasn't sure at first if I even wanted it as I've been looking for a I or II but felt like I might regret passing on it. So I decided to purchase it last minute, looked at plane tickets yesterday and a one way flight was almost 800$, no thanks not for a flight under two hours. Ruled out towing it with my truck as I didn't want to deal with a truck and trailer in a main city. Booked a rental car and left yesterday after work around 5PM.... Didn't get to my destination till 3:30am, grabbed a hotel for the night. Meeting the guy was a hassle and had to make a few different stops to pick up all the spare parts that came with it. It's a EVO IV with every HKS part that was ever made for it It was converted to LHD back in 2000 when it was imported by a well known rally shop. The car came with two sets of big money Ohlins coilovers, and already has a set on it currently. Tons and tons of service records, and every little part or upgrade has receipts. I even have the EVO IV owners manual, which is pretty cool even though I cannot read it. I will post up some better pictures later on, currently eating my dinner and preparing for the rest of my 10+ hour trek. http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1212/4798801/9950206/408837311.jpg http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1212/4798801/9950206/408837312.jpg
  10. Agreed 110% Guy at the end of my street DD a 4.0 GT3, love when people actually drive their stuff.
  11. Two cool cars, and the perfect color on the isf
  12. Yeah it sure seems that way...
  13. Well the owner of the car has changed his story a few different times about certain things, which is enough for me to run. Found this, guy will take 15.5. Said I will come with cash this weekend and then tells me four people are coming at once? WTF https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/cto/4330115367.html
  14. Pretty much! Two other cars I have in the hopper, will purchase one this week and possibly a second the following week.
  15. Guy won't take less than 15.5. I haven't seen one under that price tag though. It's setup just how I would like one, I cannot justify spending 6+k more for a clean one then having to add all the suspension bits, plus the cage and seats.
  16. New cars are so big now and lack the feel of these older buckets
  17. He has 5 different P cars, and rolls the 4.0 almost daily. Pretty cool if you ask me. It seems the majority of Porsche people drive their cars. I see the same two 930 daily as well..
  18. Wild. I get to see a 4.0 daily, guy down the street DD his.....
  19. Newer GT3 prices are insane as well. That's why I feel at 15k this may be a great driver... It's rough but the drivetrain is solid according to the owner with the claims of it being rebuilt... This would see a ton of curvy mountain road driving with zero care as to rock chips and such... I cannot find another example at this price point. I would feel bad finding a clean one knowing it's going to get a million rock chips from me. My Elise looks like it's been to Baghdad and back
  20. That's another worry, is trying to resell it... I actually like the car as is, rebuilt motor and trans are a big plus. The rough paint is fine, as I drive the snout out of things I own. 996 do nothing for me.. Appreciate all the info
  21. I'm talking the purchase price, I understand the service and parts pricing that comes along with it. Pretty certain I've never had a car for a full year so it couldn't be too bad ha
