As for description, with legs spread out, id say its bigger than a 50 cent piece, but the body is maybe a little bigger than a quarter. Its legs are like a clearish tan color with black spots on them. The rest of the body is primarily black with some red mixed in, and it has 2 white spots on its abdomen.

anyone else noticing some weird ones this year? normally around my house we just get the average wolf spiders and just some decent size ugly brown ones to. But this year ive noticed some weird/ugly little bastards lol. i didnt get any pics yet due to smashing it, but ive killed about 5 of these things in the past month. they are mostly black/clearish with red and some white spots some times. anyone seen these or have any idea what they are?

if you want something thats going to 'help' with speed, dont go up to 18 inch rims, that will only slow you down. Try to sitck with something in the 16 inch. The bigger the wheel/tire you run, the more weight your gonna add along with making that 4.10 more like a 3.73 or less.

kevin, your car is deffinately gonna fun when you get done with it, but like a few people are basically saying, when its all done just enjoy it for what it is and just dont get your hopes up. the reason i modified my 6 was because i had gotten on a few V6 sites and talked to a few people that were running 13.5 with just a cam, intake, exaust, converter and 4.10 gears. I ended up going with 3.73 gears and had a little work done with my heads, but to date my best run is 13.79. not saying my cars not capable of that time with a good launch and a better track and conditions, it stil hasnt done it though. And also, i dont know how much it will mean to you, but i dont know how much goin from 254whp to 300 will really help. I just got my car tuned and picked up 27 whp and 25 tq, but my personal best went from 13.86 with 196 whp and 205 tq, to 13.79 with 223 whp and 230 tq. on another note, if a supercharged and cammed 3.8 stang ran 13.4, then GM V6>ford V6 lol

i agree with you to a point to, bc you and i are in the same boat. we both have v6 cars, but want V8's. But i will say, listen to some of these guys. i know you want a new car, so do i, ive thought about just goin out and buying an LS1 car and being done with it, but i just recently got a wake up call to, bc of this economy, my parents are being forced to sell there house soon, and i plan on moving out then, so i dont have the money to buy one. plus i realize that yes, i own a V6 firebird, but it runs 13's, so im not in any hurry. and like i said before, you have a good running car right now to. if you really think you have to have a V8, do what im doing and just slowly building a motor to put in my car. yea it might take me a year to get it in, but oh well, i know it will be done some time, and i know im not gonna leave myself broke doing it.
