i would be wary of a wrx that has been modded. the 5-speed is probably ready to grenade. sti's are a different story. 6-speeds are very stout. if getting a wrx, find an old guy that hasn't modified and get a compression/leakdown test, get a stage 1/2 and enjoy.

looks like his shop is doing some really cool window tinting and sound systems on some really expensive vw's. so much for a performance shop.

just got the car back from sigmatec automotive. front rotors and pads were replaced, transmission fluid changed and a/c recharged.

Most head gasket failures were on the 1999-2001 2.5 liter engines. My head gaskets are doing just fine.
