For adults, the novelty doesn't last long. For kids, not sure. My opinion: I would say get a PS3 + Move. That way you can get Gran Turismo 5 (and other adult games) and play when the kids aren't around.

LOL... apparently saying NO still makes them bill you! I am not an idiot. Jesus this is not an attack on certain people here that work for NTB. I have been helped by them in the past. My post was to alert people to be AWARE of what you are being charged for. With all the cock-sucking revolving around a certain NTB location I don't want people to blindly pay for shit they don't need to at any random NTB just because one particular location supposedly walks on water. I stand by my statement. I will not shop at NTB ever again and everyone should pay attention to their bills. If Derek was such a great salesperson/manager he would MATURELY contact me to say: Hey, let me take care of you for your next tire purchases. I will give you a reason to drive the extra 15mins to always come to my location. Instead, I get some a-hole remark. Great opportunity lost.

NTB has tried to slip all sorts of things by me.. from tire disposal fees (when they didn't dispose of any tires) to special tire coverage, etc. I won't be buying from them again.

This really burns my ass too. Call the company, file a police report, or file an insurance claim. What else can you do really?

Macs for graphic design/getting shit done all day. Windows PCs for play. Never understood the Mac vs. PC argument. Why not just have both? Problem solved. Works out great for me.

Sunday bump for justice.

Good questions. The dog was 1 of 3 that was supposedly "rescued" by a women -- well she was elderly and just kept them in a small fenced-in run in her backyard where they got little attention. This one has a better disposition than the others. But we do know it does not like cats but seems to be great around people and kids. He is OK with some dogs, not all. Shots will be up to date next week. He is crated and seems to be doing fine but being housebroken is a wildcard. Wasn't great on a leash but has improved recently. Age is about 5 years. Fairly laid back as far as energy levels. *Also looking for a long-term adoption if someone wants to do that*

2004 called looking for its' game. This game is... not that good. Horrible graphics, you can't tell if you are hitting people like you can in MW2 (the thumping noise), animations are bad, maps are bland, textures are bland, guns are bland. So they got rid of powerful kill streaks -- big whoop -- now people just get less-powerful ones way more often which is just as annoying. Once I try out all the guns I will be back with MW2.

The reason YouTube exploded in popularity is because you could embed videos on your own site and they ALWAYS loaded and played pretty fast. Now though, I think the traffic is so great and the addition of HD video has really slowed their system down. Too bad really.

Business idea: Create a website where all these weather nerds can have a profile and predict the weather, etc. You can get "points" by being more accurate -- sort of like a game. Nerds can then compare their scores and epeens, level up, whatever. (Assuming something like that doesn't already exist.)
