Damn man... Only thing i can think of is get something to remove old drivers, and then try reinstalling the new ones. Ill look around for something in a little bit.

Go to that, there should be a Live Update feature right there, use that and well go from there after we see what that thing does.
I dont know im just trying to think for a minute... Doesn't make any sense that you installed the drivers but nothing changed. Only thing i can think of is something went wrong during the Driver install... Or maybe the old drivers need removed... Hmm... Im bout to go to the MSI website (Your mobo's website) and find that automated driver update thing they had and give you the link...
Wait what... We just installed the drivers provided by the manufacturer... This isnt making any sense. Right click on my computer, go to manage, go to device manager, and see if there is anything under Sound that wasnt there before, or anything with a yellow ? next to it.
Right click the desktop, click properties. Go to settings @ the top, and then change your screen resolution. It will be a slider bar.
EDIT: Did you get sound though?
Haha, well LMK what happens. Its probably something to do with MSI's website, i think there servers are hosted in a diff country. I remember havin slow ass dl's with them too, but never 30 mins.
