RIP, he was quite the artist
  2. I've had the police called on me so many times I can't remember them all. Never a ticket or anything beyond annoying, but if someone complains, they have to show up or something. As long as your rounds don't go off your property and cause damage to something you're fine. If it's any consolation none of the LE I've talked to have given me any hard numbers or requirements for a backstop. tl;dr if it stops what you're shooting at it then it's good enough.
  3. I like it. really captures that late 80s / early 90s essence
  4. That's actually going to require 2 patches. Looks like there wasn't much life left in the tire anyway
  5. My grandma had a pretty decent size wood stove installed, was just over $2k to place inside, put the stovepipe together, run it through the ceiling, and it still leaked water and was functional but not perfect. Forget who she used, I can ask if you want. Fucktards didn't even put any kind of damper in the pipe, LOL
  6. Welcome to the site. I've also owned a b5 A4 and an e36.
  7. Glad to see you making good progress on this. Although shimless buckets = razecar
  8. To better appropriate resources for a more valuable motorsports experience trophy funding will cease immediately. Existing trophy stock will be awarded until exhausted.
  9. I'd expect at least the first pile of episodes will be forced, awkward, and disjointed but if it survives a season or two I may queue it up on the ol' netflix.
  10. Welcome. I think there's a member here that could be persuaded to sell his perfect running rx8, it even has a newer motor!
  11. Don't get an older audi. After driving the BMW any older audi will feel like a front-heavy understeering pig. Unless you want a nice comfy car, or fast winter car. The BMW turbo cars make good power with simple mods. If I were in your shoes I'd miss the crisp NA response and bottom end
  12. Thought for sure it was some planned for ratings drama. RIP Steve Harvey.
  13. Yeah. Paying someone $7 an hour often with barely any training is a recipe for disaster. Sometimes they get good techs there for a little while, sometimes not. Have seen plenty of saturns, subies, etc with wrong filters changed, wrong fluids drained, etc. The shop I worked at would make it right regardless of the cost, but the techs COULD get away with an awful lot if the manager wasn't on top of it. WHY anyone would take anything they cared about to joe-blow $7/hr grease monkey is beyond me. Also, your skidplate is a fucking pain in the ass dude. Even the snobbiest dealer techs will leave fasteners out, fail to fill oil properly, and break things doing a simple oil change depending on who you get. I've personally corrected multiple MAG oil changes before they failed catastrophically.
  14. Looks like you need some different rear tires if you're going to make any kind of use out of that power. Welcome
  15. do you race with buckeye miata club? were you the guy on slicks at C&C a few weeks ago when it was 40 degrees?
  16. Ever karting place I've been to has had wildly inconsistent karts. Easily a couple seconds difference between karts- be it engine, tires, trans, alignment, etc. You guys go kart racing for work? Nice. Nationwide LOL. Business critical role LOL. Halpdesk LOL.
  17. I had a 91 chevy truck that did the same thing. Turned out a coolant sensor had gone bad. Hope your fix is that simple. Any updates? Done any logging? Checked any parts? Any changes?
  18. IS300s seemed like a decent alternative to bmw 3-series, too bad they're almost all fail-o-matics. Good luck with your manual conversion, car deserves it. Come race with us, poverty autox starts in a few months
  19. columbusracing.com chatbox is the leading authority on all new and used vehicle pricing alternately, you can check ebay for completed listings, autotrader and craigslist for asking prices, and relevant model/make-specific forums if they exist for this vehicle
  20. Cool. If I were going to be that obviously clueless I might use a pseudonym. I hope he gets a 911. I don't see how a self-absorbed narcissist could resist one.
  21. There are always free pallets on craiglist FYI. Here's some I found for you in Westerville http://columbus.craigslist.org/zip/5296769412.html
  22. Sometimes I get a little laugh out of his articles, but mostly he comes off as a hipster-jalopfag catering toolbag. It's hard to believe he's much of a car guy with as clueless as he seems on just about anything car-related. He's like a wannabe car-comic for normies.
  23. Pzero DH RS3v2 poverty HTRZ3 not sure if pilot sport as3 are Z-rated or not. ALL SEASON LOL Do you guiz even race?
