My understanding is yes. If there are issues that you knew about and didn't disclose. Like you had plumbing work done and you had incorrect pipe/not up to code materials used and then the homeowner then has serious issues with the house down the road. Though I don't think it matter if you go through a realtor or not.

It's sketchy for sure. But so fun. I did put a front rim brake LED headlight and tail light, and center kick stand on it yesterday. The front brake definitely helps.

Lulz. Vid my wife took of me coming up the hill yesterday.

My dad took it for a quick spin around the neighborhood yesterday and some little turd dog came out to chase him and he hit the gas and outran it. It was pretty funny to watch.

That was an interesting read. I remember thinking two things: 1.) I wish this thing has some sort of suspension. 2.) I think these wheels need balanced. Regular cruising it feels alright. Let it rip and it just starts to feel all kinds of "i'm gonna fall apart and make you eat asphalt."

Finished it this weekend. We actually thoroughly enjoyed it. A few things that drove me nuts though: 1.) I feel like the kid from Cobra Kai (the first student) turned into a d-bag too fast. Went from a good kid to a punk in too short of an amount of time. 2.) The kid Larusso worked with, looks like that kid from Boy Meets World and his hair was driving me nuts. Outside of those things, overall, I really enjoyed the series. I LOVE the sheer amount of *offensive*, non-pc things stated in that show. I was dying at some of them. Which actually surprised me coming from youtube, considering they are censoring pretty much everything that they can deem offensive from their users.

Built it this weekend. Just used a Huffy Cranbrook beach cruiser from Wally World. No idea how fast I got it up to, but it's scary. Feels all sketchy when haulin' @$$ on it, ha ha. Somehow doing 20mph in a car feels like moving at a snails pace. Do that on a janky bicycle...feels like you are flying.

Think i'm just going to subscribe for 30 free days then cancel like I do with other services.

Just started watching this last night. 2 episodes in, and my wife and I are digging it. I feel likes it's doing a tight rope walk between cheesy and serious, and I love it. I think it's the nostalgia.
