Windows 7 is going to be the new big os. I absolutely hate vista but 7 is nice. The size of the thing is barely larger. Id say thats worth the extra memory. Id kill myself with only 1 gig of memory.

btw that clutch assy works great =). although i dont think ive had the oppertunity to really test it out since im afraid this tranny will give out if i take it past 4k rpms.

HP. it has more memory, comes with windows 7, slightly larger screen, and with a built in graphics card. what are the prices? that will tell. Edit: Im not sure id buy a laptop from Verizon though. Look into Microcenter or Newegg.

Thanks again chris for helpin me install Hero. The first time around i was trying to use mixed directions and ended up failing. Now i just have to figure this thing out and get it running the way i want it. Paul, ill let you know what i think of it and let you know if you should do it or not.
