Very sad to hear about this wreck. Hearing about this last night I thought about the things that we do in our cars and how quickly something could go wrong. Yesterday I did a few 160+mph highway runs and you don't always think in the moment about how if something were to go wrong at that speed chances of survival would be very slim. RIP for a person who brought us joy watching his movies and seemed to be a good person.
For those who are old like me, The Gap has 50% everything online and in store until midnight tonight. I just picked up a few pairs of jeans because they are so comfy and I never see them on sale.
Had a great time and have some pics/videos to upload too. The vintage formula cars were really really awesome. We were on turn 5 this year, good views but will probably try the other side of the track next year.
I'll be attending with Christian (ImUrOBGYN). Free passes since my bank helped finance construction. Woot!! Shoot me a text this weekend if you want to have a mini CR meet. 281-686-6365.
Finally got the paperwork out of the car. It's insured by a subsidiary of Infinity County Mutual Insurance called Classic Car Insurance of Texas. I went with them based on a few trusted recommendations, not sure if they have a subsidiary that covers Ohio. The appraisal was a cost, and there was a bit of paperwork and photo's involved but it's cheaper than I was paying with Liberty Mutual and I feel more comfortable putting it on the road.
I'm not even sure what to say or think about this. It's at the same time funny, kind of racist, stupid, but most of all funny lol.

Here's pretty much the full dashcam video:

Let's see, I'd probably invest a little more, but it's such a large portion of my income already that it wouldn't change much. Truthfully, I'd probably buy nicer suites, nicer furniture and not much else.
