  1. hmm...im not sure, possibly. If your cam sensor isnt on the front cover then youll need to put the correct timing cover on to use this cam gear but other than that, i think itll work. if your interested, pm me. ill cut you a really good deal
  2. Got a couple stock parts I pulled off my 2011 CTS-V a few weeks ago. Stock LSA cam kit (cam, stock 7.4 push rods, cam gear, new cam bolt, springs and retainers) no idea what the going rate is for this so ill start off at 200 shipped Stock 52lb LSA injectors, will include injector clips if you need them SOLD

  4. For sale I have is a new, never installed remote start system. This comes with two remotes. Asking 40 shipped or 30 picked up
  5. For sale I have is a Mamba monster ecs, this is in like new condition. It came as a spare when i purchased my emaxx, I have no use for it. Really doesnt look like it was ran much at all, has minor blemish to the sticker on the button and thats it. asking 90 shipped
  6. I have for sale is 100 feet of 2in DEI titanium header wrap. Also 16 DEI 8in stainless steel locking ties and 4 DEI 14in stainless steel locking ties. Everything is brand new, not even unwrapped or open. This wrap is a lot better than their fiberglass wrap, this is rated for 1800* continuous and peak temp of 2800*. This is enough to do a set of 2in v8 headers. I was going to wrap my headers but by luck, my headers came jet hot coated so now I have no need for the wrap. asking 110 shipped http://www.ctsvowners.com/forum/attachments/101802d1506998465-dei-titanium-header-wrap-20171002_221951.jpg

Went back to Muncie last night and got a new personal best in the Cts-V Track prep was ok (it may have been better than im giving credit to, but i couldnt tell) Pretty satisfied with the results, considering I was launching in 2nd gear all night and just rolling into the throttle to try and avoid wheel spin. My car is a 2011 Sedan, auto with all the options (so its heavy lol) Mods: CAI with green filter kooks 2in headers and x pipe (no cats) to stock mufflers/ cut outs 2.45 upper pulley btr stg3 cam flex fuel sensor id1050x injectors dw300c pumps patg tune under hood ice box Tires: Eagle F1 all season tires (tire pressure was 34psi) best et was 11.234 and best trap was 134.91
  12. Well guys I think the problem has finally been resolved. Spent about 5 hours on it today testing components, running down wires and testing wires. In the end, word of advice to all mechanics, remove/retrieve your tools after you are done working on the car. That tool was clamped on to this ground wire and must have been grounding out against the engine. It was hanging very low in there and it was a pain to remove. but once removed the car fired right up and continued to do so several times after that. Two other issues were resolved too. Owner had issues with his sct tuner and obd code reader not always connecting. That ended up being a pin in the obd harness that was to far open so I closed it a bit and now that's fine. A recent problem developed where his cooling fan wasn't turning on, that ended up being a melted harness plug right at the fan.
  13. we can definitely check it, but man at less than 20k on the clock something like that doesnt even cross my mind lol
  14. Hey guys, my buddy has a 2007 gt500 with a strange issue. Its heavily modded and makes just north of 800whp. recently the car developed a crank no start issue. but it is intermittent and i am having a hard time tracking down the issue. the problem started recently, the car was stumbling a little bit and then when he shut it off, it wouldnt start back up. if you waited 15-20minutes it would start just fine and run with out issues. the problem has progressively gotten worse and now the car hardly ever starts. I did some trouble shooting and realized that the fuel pumps were not kicking on. There was only about 5.6v going to the KB BAP and same coming out of it to the fpdms. This voltage was checked as soon as the key was turned to the on position. While fuel pressure was never verified with a mechanical gauge i never heard the two walbro pumps kick on and the fuel pressure PID showed low fuel pressure. We tried several things like checking fuse and relays. i ohmed tested most of the wires that go to the fpdm's from the pcm. every once in awhile, it would start back up when we messed with it but as soon as we turned it off, it would not start again. We did unplug the driver side fpdm at one point and the car fired right up, idled smoothly and even restarted several times. so great we figured that fpdm was bad. so he bought a new one and the problem still persists and unplugging the fpdm doesnt have the same effect as it did last time. I am kinda stumped, im guessing there is a wiring issue somewhere, but not really sure where to look. I know some of these cars had issues with water getting into the passenger side kick panel and causing weird issues, we are going to look into it tomorrow. is there anyway to trouble shoot the KB BAP, when the proper voltage goes to the BAP, the output voltage is ~21v. so it seems to be working correctly, i just dont know if maybe its starting to fail and causing this issue that we are experiencing.
  15. as a final update, we just drove the yukon ~2500 miles to florida and back in 6 days and it ran perfectly. never once did i hear the knocking sound. so i consider this case closed. it now has 188k miles on it and still running strong
  16. ha, looks like you sold it to a buddy of mine, small world
  17. in you enjoy cosi at all in columbus, than the museum of science and technology in chicago will blow you away.
  18. go to the aquarium, its pretty badass museum of science and technology is really sweet one of the best steaks i have had was at Gibsons bar and grill Giordanos is one of the best pizza places around
  19. Yea i can imagine its hard with some of those cars, especially if its one that you have always wanted or admired, but at the end of the day, the name of the game is profit, if your not making a profit, then its just a hobby and not anything more.
