You check for a frayed wire near the connector or burnt socket? We see that a lot on GMs and is usually one of those things causing it. A poor connection at the socket or frayed wire can cause an arc kinda like a spark plug and generates a lot of heat, and melts things. Short version poor connection = heat = melting

My 60' times were mostly in the 2.4x range, but on the 12.96 run I pulled a 2.25. I'm running on 205/55/16 Goodyear Assurance Comfortreads. I hope to run a 12.50 by end of the season on the same tires

I averaged 13.1-13.3, but had one good pass of 12.96@116 in the black 240sx. Anyone know how to tune an AVC-R boost controller? Great weather and I had a good time at my first CR event.

Yeah, nitrous for the freeway merge like we did for the Escort. Seriously a new gear is probably the best way to go

You forget to say anything about the engine swap I did for you. It added 88 hp over the previous engine. -
Never seen a slower 60' turn into a faster ET on a car that doesn't have traction issues once rolling. Was he power shifting and you shifting with your right foot maybe?? P.S. your sig says IBS fixed your car which sounds like a neat trick.

Wonderboy is right, all are afraid of the wrong wheel drive, wrong amount of cylinders, and wrong country of origin whooping on them.

The kit is a little flashier than what I was looking for, but the body work they did to make it fit is actually nice. I bought the car like that. The wheels I picked out, sorry if you don't like them. BTW my other car is a HONDA can't believe I'm not getting flamed for that yet...
