yup, that was my fav for sure! Orient makes several semi-skelton models like that. they are all in house movements too. I have had my eye on an Orient for some time, i just haven't pulled the trigger! worldofwatches.com is another place to get some decent pricing on some watches. i have ordered a couple from them. but also you can keep your eye on watchdoddy.com daily...

Seiko and Techno Marina are some good brands sub 300.
